Buyer beware! This dealership practices yo-yo financing and spot deliveries. You spend hours buying the car, take it home, drive it for 3 weeks and then they call and tell you your financing fell through. You have the option of refinancing at a higher rate or giving the car back and losing your down payment or they repossess your car. It is ridiculous that a large “credible” dealership uses these types of practices to prey on young buyers with little credit or people with less than stellar credit. I had the unfortunate experience of being towed to the Covington Pike location from roadside assistance company. While waiting for the tow, I called the Kia service department to inquire about a new tire. Based on my phone conversation with Brandon W. I should have known my face to face experience would be negative. Don't know why I even try anymore. Went here to purchase a vehicle I saw on the website. Salesman was perfect. Showed me the vehicle and explained all the features. Curtis more than did his job. I explained to him what I was willing to pay and corresponding monthly payment which then he relayed my numbers to the sales manager. This took about 15-20 minutes. i own to kia's the the 2011 had a recall on the motor and the care did not give me a notice it just died. put the car in the shop in Memphis at kia on mt. moriah. I ask to get my light fix and the car is still in the shop they still fail to order the parts and asked me today im I sure I want the car fix and ask how I was paying. just give me my car ..I spending about 1000.00 in rental fees and the parts and labor is 1400.00 im out of 2000.00 just dealing with the motor. the motor was free but MIke the service guy told me th... read more

I took my QX in for an appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I asked for a loaner, which I got. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes in the area outside of Blake’s office for him to finish up with customer. When he came out to where I was he and I went over my issues with the car. Everything I wanted done was in my email and it was printed on the work order as well. I checked out a loaner and they were to call when work was complete. I did not get the same experience Ms . Anya received. My first SUV and I have not had the pleasure of enjoying the luxury of this vehicle. I'm about to make my second payment and have not driven this truck 30 days. I should have received the same service that everyone else got that gave you a 5star rating. I'm not please with this truck, it's back in the shop for further service. No one knows exactly what's wrong with it. Well after searching the internet for the exact car I wanted we made the 2.5 hour drive to Gossett in Memphis. I've had many car buying experiences and this was by far the worst. The facilities are filthy. After three hours of signing papers we had to ask for a bottle of water. They tried to charge us for a missing floor mat. I've never experienced the level of unprofessional behavior I did today. Ok I had to put a star in order to write this. I will re-evaluate after my ordeal is finished. Here's what has happened so far. On May 10 I took my car in for a noise problem. May 12 I paid for a new a/c compressor. It was put in on May 17. I picked it up on that day pulled out of parking lot and the exact problem was still there.
