I booked an appointment for a safety recall at Gossett Kia North. The appointment was 2 weeks out. Brought my vehicle in the date of the appointment and made arrangements for someone to meet me so I could leave my vehicle. I was told they had to order the part and I would have to bring it in when they received the part. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. I called the service manager and was told he was in a meeting. I said I would like to leave a message. The service rep., who I had dealt with, was the one who too... read more

Connie, we do understand your frustration with the time constraints of repairing your vehicle but please understand while we strive to make sure all our customers are handled in a timely and professional manner at all times, unfortunately the manufacturer requires that we check in the vehicle with the VIN number and go through procedures before we are allowed to order the part on a recall. Terrible place. Took my wife’s vehicle in for service. Took over a month to get a price to replace an alternator. Then they left my windows down and allowed the vehicle to be rained in multiple times after I declined to have them replace alternator. Glove box and center console was dumped in floor. General manager JEFF ALLEN couldn’t care less. Buyer and customers beware.

I would never recommend coming here for anything. They didn’t call me to tell me the part had arrived to repair my car. They didn’t call to schedule an appointment to repair it once the parts were in. I’ve been here over 6 hours waiting on it to get repaired. I was suggested to leave it as it would take a while but since it’s my only car, and you know, I can only drive 1 car at a time, they couldn’t provide me with a loaner while they try to repair my car.

While we have always strived to have either rentals or loaners available for our customers, the Pandemic has caused a shortage of rental vehicles nationwide which in turn has affected our ability to supply. I highly suggest that if your having vehicle issues do not take it to kia gossett. They are rude. They don't care about timing. I call once a month to check on my vehicle but I get cut off when trying to get understanding. It will take a half a year for you to get your vehicle back. Do not I repeat do not sign your vehicle over to them to service.

They hold vehicles for weeks with no communication. Horrible service!

I recommend you start with being honest about wait times and answering the phone when customers call about their vehicles in the service department. Then add in a little genuine respect and honesty instead of falsifying estimated pick up dates so that the customer can make financial plans on how they will be able to navigate life while their vehicle is being serviced. I would highly recommend not wasting your time with this dealership. I have spent an entire week trying to get someone to help me with placing an order for a Sorento Hybrid however I cannot get a response from anyone. I have emailed multiple people including the sales manager. I've also called multiple people including the sales manager. My car has been at the dealership since September 14th, 2021..As of today 2/10/22 the ONLY WAY I find out anything is by texting the service manager.. In January I was told they have no idea when my motor will be in, YES, SIX MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO ANSWERS.. It’s actually comical at this point what a joke this place is !!!!

I’ve been there since 7:30 in the morning for my oil change and tire rotation and I’m still waiting until 2:41 ! The staff they’re not friendly in service department they are very slow as hell
