The CUSTOMER SERVICE is Horrible!! From Taylor to Chip not calling me back for 10 days!! MY car was brought in by roadside assistance because I was having ENGINE ISSUES!! MY CAR IS A 2020 KIA OPTIMA that is my Only means of transportation!! No Loaner vehicle and no DEFINATIVE TIME TO FIX MY CAR!! DONE WITH KIA!!! LORD I WISH I HAD GONE BACK TO NISSAN!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Took them 4 days to to replace 2 tires. On day 2 I was lied to and told the tires were replaced. I initially took the car in for a diagnosis. But after 0 communication and being lied to, I’ll never take my car here again.

I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and I strongly recommend anyone else do the same. We purchased a 2015 QX80 from them less than 2 years ago. Paid thousands of dollars to have it certified by them. We have only used them to service it. It has now had to be towed to them and used emergency roadside assistance 4 times - each time they said they could not find anything wrong with it and told us to come and get it. I have been a loyal and faithful customer to Gossett Motor cars for 15 years now. I have bought MANY cars from you. MANY. After my experience this morning, I will be leaving the Gossett Motor Cars family. I don’t even have the patience to go into details. Time to move on.

I called Gossett 3 times this morning to talk to someone in service. No one ever answered. I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes!! All I want to know is if KIA accepts Car Shield for out of warranty service. It requires a yes or no answer. PATHETIC customer service!!

Pj, we apologize that you had issues contacting our Service Department--we are not really sure what was the issue with the phone system. I spoke to Mike our Service Manager and yes we do have a program setup with Car Shield. Kia requires that a diagnosis be performed on the vehicle and then we are required to send the diagnosis to Car Shield. SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! If you have problems with your kia, don't expect to get it fixed any time soon. If you call no one answers or the mailboxes are full. Been without a ride for 2 weeks now and they could care less.

My daughter brought her truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. She drove less than 550 feet and her truck began to smoke and completely burned! You guys were negligent and have FAILED to make this right!
