Extremely disappointed with the service at Gossett Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We entrusted our fully operational truck to Tim on March 6th for a diagnostic test, expecting professionalism and care. After leaving it under the supervision of the service team, including Box Flowers, we picked it up 19 days later in worse condition. 180$ to put on a 23$ part that should have been replaced when you had it apart the first time? Have never seen such an unethical, crooked dealership. Trust the Yelp 1.7 star rating- go somewhere else. My daughter loves the Kia- can’t stand this dealership

I don't recommend this place. They have some shady stuff going on I fully believe they seen me come in by myself and thought they could take advantage of me. If your buying here just pay be careful they will take advantage of you. Oh and just want to put this out there if you have a problem there managers are to busy to come talk to you to fix a problem.

When I can get service the quality is fine. The problem is getting through to someone on the telephone or getting someone to return messages. That is abysmal!!!

RecommendedHi. I’ve tried multiple voicemails, text messages, and I’ve emailed the finance department. So I’m hoping this will get a response. I need to speak with the service department regarding my telluride. I was told to call back after vacation in June to get a time set up to bring my telluride in to have the parts fixed but I haven’t been able to speak with anyone. Our car has been at Gossett Kia South for almost four months waiting to be serviced. It’s near impossible to get ahold of them. When I do get through, nobody can give me any answers as to when our service will be started, let alone completed, and they refuse to make it up to us with a rental, tow to another shop, or money off the total. We’ve had terrible experiences with both Gossett Kia service centers and will be moving our Kia to a different shop to perform services.
