They never fixed my brothers car yet charged him over $1000
I wish I could give zero stars. Gossett Hyundai charged me $1500 over 3 visits and still did not fix my car. One visit to Wolfchase Hyundai fixed the problem. I told the folks at Gossett repeatedly that the car gave me no electrical issues, but they replaced the battery and the alternator nevertheless thinking it would help the engine turn over for some reason. I don't know if the individuals at Gossett Hyundai are incompetent or crooks but don't throw your money away at this establishment.
To whom it may concern, I purchased a used Kia Niro from the Gossett Kia on Covington Pike in June of 2019. I was very pleased with my purchase and my sales experience. I was assured that the car was driven minimally by it's previous owner as evidenced by the low mileage and that it had a recent oil change and the brakes had been replaced. My son's 2015 KIA Soul has been losing an exorbitant amount of oil. We started coming to Gossett KIA almost a year ago to "track" and document the problem. Since that time the 3 people reviewing his case have all left so my wife and I went it 3 weeks ago. the first (only) gentlemen in the service department, never looked up, was impatient, rude and basically shrugged us off. The worst customer service I’ve ever experience
Everything slow and unconcerned didn’t do nothing to my car claim like it was my oil change it and my engine light is still on after they charge me a 182 dollars
Will never do business with these people, poor customer service and the owner and management could care less about the customer only concern they have is the dollar, will never buy anything from them, nor will I take any of my vehicles to any of their businesses.
very poor Communication skills. Took 5 days to fix the sensor on my vehicle and I hardly got an apology. wont be back
My front bumper was falling off the other day and went to Dealership to have them replace a bolt to secure front bumper. They told me to make a appointment to have bolt installed on bumper. 14,000 miles on car. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Want need bolt when bumper falls off!!😔😔😔
