This is my 2nd visit on my 2nd car at this dealership. I'm getting my 1st oil change on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata I purchased recently. I insisted on synthetic oil. The employee tried to charge me extra for the oil, since there's a price difference on synthetic oil. I had to remind him that my 1st oil change is free- per their own words!! After talking to their supervisor, they agreed. Hmmmm
Feeling irritated ! I arrived here at 0630 before the service department open @ 0700 . My vehicle was brought here on Thursday evening. I do realize no one would get to it until Friday. I received a text from the service advisor stating I need a battery as well. I responded back Friday evening that I would be there as soon as I got off work. No reply! I'm still here . Love my car, 2017 Sorento, but the experience was terrible! It took forever to get the paperwork rolling. No one seem to know what each other were doing the night I purchased my Kia. Then I had to make an extra trip (from Jonesboro, Ar ) the next night, due to their mistakes with the paperwork. I didn't feel like a valued customer. Joe Campbell, the salesman did a fine job. We drove from Jonesboro, Ar. Because the SUV my girlfriend wanted was in stock there. The paperwork took way too long, and we had to drive back over there because they left some papers out that we should have signed the first time.. I will not be returning.... Joe Campbell the salesman was great though...
They still haven't figured out how to fix my airconditoning. Very frustrating.
Never buy from this place. They sold me a jeep that is a piece of junk and transmission is messing up. They claim it passed all inspections from their jeep dealership. Have not even made first car payment yet.
