Took our Hundai tuson in last friday because the drivers seat was bouncing. Needed aux and usb port fixed. Dropped off at 7 am. No word all day. Went to pick up at 5pm. We were told we needed a whole new drivers seat. We were also told there was nothing wrong with the aux and usb outlets. After challenging them we were told it was the new iphones and not the car. It is our service departments opinion that tightening the bolt for the seat may not be a long term fix. There was play found in the seat track and changing it was suggested for your safety. Took my car in due to checking engine light. Went to pick up car and there was a brand new dent in the rear quarter panel. Dealer will not do anything and I was told the dealer and or the manager will not call me back.

The worse customer service at the service department. Service advisors are rude and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend Covington Pike location nor Mount Moriah. Managers are just as bad as employees.
Took my SUV in, a week and a half agai, for a oil change and back brakes that I desperately needed according to the last technician. Received a call that I not only needed brakes but rotors as well. When I picked up my SUV the brakes were making loud noises and I figured that they were new so need to be broken in. Buyer beware! This dealership practices yo-yo financing and spot deliveries. You spend hours buying the car, take it home, drive it for 3 weeks and then they call and tell you your financing fell through. You have the option of refinancing at a higher rate or giving the car back and losing your down payment or they repossess your car. While waiting for the tow, I called the Kia service department to inquire about a new tire. Based on my phone conversation with Brandon W. I should have known my face to face experience would be negative. Don't know why I even try anymore. Went here to purchase a vehicle I saw on the website. Salesman was perfect. Showed me the vehicle and explained all the features. Curtis more than did his job. I explained to him what I was willing to pay and corresponding monthly payment which then he relayed my numbers to the sales manager. This took about 15-20 minutes. i own to kia's the the 2011 had a recall on the motor and the care did not give me a notice it just died. put the car in the shop in Memphis at kia on mt. moriah. I took my QX in for an appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I asked for a loaner, which I got. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes in the area outside of Blake’s office for him to finish up with customer. When he came out to where I was he and I went over my issues with the car.
