Horrible, horrible, horrible service department. Will not return calls and once you finally speak to someone after calling 12 times, they tell you an untrue story because someone else has already told you a different story. Gossett kia Mt Moriah I recently had a recall from Kia. When we took the car in the check engine light was on.( I knew it was on nothing else was on )When we got the car home the buttons on the steering wheel did not work and all the lights on the dash was on. So we called them. They said make appointment and they would look at it. We took it back and they said what they did had nothing to do with the problem that it would be $800 to fix it. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is Horrible!! From Taylor to Chip not calling me back for 10 days!! MY car was brought in by roadside assistance because I was having ENGINE ISSUES!! MY CAR IS A 2020 KIA OPTIMA that is my Only means of transportation!! No Loaner vehicle and no DEFINATIVE TIME TO FIX MY CAR!! DONE WITH KIA!!! LORD I WISH I HAD GONE BACK TO NISSAN!!! Took them 4 days to to replace 2 tires. On day 2 I was lied to and told the tires were replaced. I initially took the car in for a diagnosis. But after 0 communication and being lied to, I’ll never take my car here again.

I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and I strongly recommend anyone else do the same. We purchased a 2015 QX80 from them less than 2 years ago. Paid thousands of dollars to have it certified by them. We have only used them to service it. It has now had to be towed to them and used emergency roadside assistance 4 times - each time they said they could not find anything wrong with it and told us to come and get it.
