Quality product. Horrible customer service. The relationship between the customer and consumer is not over once the car is purchased. it should be a pleasant experience as long as I own the product. I hope something is done to make this right!
It's a scam! You put people in the car that you want. You take advantage of people...especially women. In addition, I came in on March 5th, 2020 for my 1st free oil change. I was told my next oil change will be $59.95. I left. On March 11th 2020 my vehicle began to stall and the service engine soon light came on. I pulled over and checked my oil and there was none!!!! I asked what the down payment would be on a new kia soul, they essentially told me since I was paying on two other cars already they wouldnt take me as a customer no matter how much money i take down there.
I did get better service at the Mazda dealership on Winchester. They even checked my check engine light for free w/o me asking. I know they were hoping I would come to them to fix it but I really appreciated not having the extra charge.

He did confirm you came in with the headlight problem there which Gwatney replaced. Our customer history does show that we did replace an airbag recall in 2016, as well as an oil change for you. I hope your vehicle is running perfectly and that we can serve you in the future.
I took my car in on Monday 1/27 and left my keys in the drop box and listed the issues on the envelope. This was after speaking to a technician earlier in the day. I received a phone call first thing Tues 1/28 letting me know that my car had a couple of recalls and it would be Wednesday before they could get the parts. I told Taylor that wasn’t a problem. They never fixed my brothers car yet charged him over $1000
I wish I could give zero stars. Gossett Hyundai charged me $1500 over 3 visits and still did not fix my car. One visit to Wolfchase Hyundai fixed the problem. I told the folks at Gossett repeatedly that the car gave me no electrical issues, but they replaced the battery and the alternator nevertheless thinking it would help the engine turn over for some reason. I don't know if the individuals at Gossett Hyundai are incompetent or crooks but don't throw your money away at this establishment.

To whom it may concern, I purchased a used Kia Niro from the Gossett Kia on Covington Pike in June of 2019. I was very pleased with my purchase and my sales experience. I was assured that the car was driven minimally by it's previous owner as evidenced by the low mileage and that it had a recent oil change and the brakes had been replaced.
