I have been a loyal and faithful customer to Gossett Motor cars for 15 years now. I have bought MANY cars from you. MANY. After my experience this morning, I will be leaving the Gossett Motor Cars family. I don’t even have the patience to go into details. Time to move on.

I called Gossett 3 times this morning to talk to someone in service. No one ever answered. I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes!! All I want to know is if KIA accepts Car Shield for out of warranty service. It requires a yes or no answer. PATHETIC customer service!!

Pj, we apologize that you had issues contacting our Service Department--we are not really sure what was the issue with the phone system. I spoke to Mike our Service Manager and yes we do have a program setup with Car Shield. Kia requires that a diagnosis be performed on the vehicle and then we are required to send the diagnosis to Car Shield. SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! If you have problems with your kia, don't expect to get it fixed any time soon. If you call no one answers or the mailboxes are full. Been without a ride for 2 weeks now and they could care less.

My daughter brought her truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. She drove less than 550 feet and her truck began to smoke and completely burned! You guys were negligent and have FAILED to make this right!

Worst customer service ever! I drove an hour and a half to a bunch of mess. Lauren told me to come and everything would be ready including the rental. Well I get there AND nothing was ready! No rental, no loaner car, and they tried to blame me for her mistakes. Bad business Gossett Hyundai. She was also eating pizza when she should have been helping me figure out the problem SHE CAUSED! We have found that during Covid the rental companies are having issues with their inventory of vehicles which is something that we as a dealership cannot control. Service is horrible. Dropped car off for recall. Went back to pick it up. They over looked it. Nothing done to it. Car is a year and half old. Had to have it towed in. They can’t look at it for two weeks. No loaner car. Have been trying to talk to a manger for two days. No call back. Not happy with this dealership at all

Sold my friend a suv 3 days after I bought had a check engine light needed a new transmission all I'm disclosing feel free to contact me 901-289-1523 thank you claims Mr.Gossett knows bout issue well see but Mr.Allen,Micci&Chip know their wrong ! smooth talkers real nice pull wool quickly ..not used to women like us so.fix issue &I'll delete don't think y'all conducted buisness properly !!

The service department is crazy slow. I had a 1030 appointment,dropped my car off at 7 am & at 4 pm I'm still waiting on an oil change. I canceled my wash & tire rotation.
