I had a bad experience at this location the services department haven call us back and our car been up there three weeks and I am tied of paying a rental car fee..bad service......

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I good friend bought an Infiniti and he had to basically do the service managers job. I recommend he call the General Manager and they have lacked the courtesy of returning his call. Very disappointing for a high end dealership.

We have purchased 6 new vehicles in the last 10 years from Gossett South. The treatment (or lack of)we received since test driving a Mazda last weekend is totally unacceptable. We will no longer do business with Gossett! Thankfully they aren’t the only Mazda dealer in the area! We will complete our purchase elsewhere on Saturday!!

I’m a first time buyer and this has been the worst experience! For starters your salesman doesn’t return your calls. Even when you email the business rep.,nothing! My call was finally returned after almost a week with an apology from a representative of Gossett Hyundai. I just wanted two questions answered. Now my drive out tags have expired and I can’t get to work!!!!!! What big car dealer takes more than a month to get you your tags? I told my husband not to turn into that car lot� Never again!

I went for an oil change. When I purchased my vehicle 1 Year ago, the service rep told me that I had to get a tire rotation with every oil change. This happened every time, until this one. So I asked the service rep to rotate my tires, as well. He comes back and tells me that I have a nail in my tire and they will sell me another for 402 dollars plus mounting and balance. Took our Hundai tuson in last friday because the drivers seat was bouncing. Needed aux and usb port fixed. Dropped off at 7 am. No word all day. Went to pick up at 5pm. We were told we needed a whole new drivers seat. We were also told there was nothing wrong with the aux and usb outlets. After challenging them we were told it was the new iphones and not the car. Leigh Ann, I’m sorry you had issues with your vehicle in service and am glad to know that you were able to get the problem fixed. It is our service departments opinion that tightening the bolt for the seat may not be a long term fix. There was play found in the seat track and changing it was suggested for your safety. Took my car in due to checking engine light. Went to pick up car and there was a brand new dent in the rear quarter panel. Dealer will not do anything and I was told the dealer and or the manager will not call me back.

The worse customer service at the service department. Service advisors are rude and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend Covington Pike location nor Mount Moriah. Managers are just as bad as employees.

Took my SUV in, a week and a half agai, for a oil change and back brakes that I desperately needed according to the last technician. Received a call that I not only needed brakes but rotors as well. When I picked up my SUV the brakes were making loud noises and I figured that they were new so need to be broken in.
