SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! If you have problems with your kia, don't expect to get it fixed any time soon. If you call no one answers or the mailboxes are full. Been without a ride for 2 weeks now and they could care less.

My daughter brought her truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. She drove less than 550 feet and her truck began to smoke and completely burned! You guys were negligent and have FAILED to make this right!
Worst customer service ever! I drove an hour and a half to a bunch of mess. Lauren told me to come and everything would be ready including the rental. Well I get there AND nothing was ready! No rental, no loaner car, and they tried to blame me for her mistakes. Bad business Gossett Hyundai. She was also eating pizza when she should have been helping me figure out the problem SHE CAUSED! Service is horrible. Dropped car off for recall. Went back to pick it up. They over looked it. Nothing done to it. Car is a year and half old. Had to have it towed in. They can’t look at it for two weeks. No loaner car. Have been trying to talk to a manger for two days. No call back. Not happy with this dealership at all

The service department is crazy slow. I had a 1030 appointment,dropped my car off at 7 am & at 4 pm I'm still waiting on an oil change. I canceled my wash & tire rotation.
I called the service department to get a quote on installing a sliding door motor for a Kia van. I was told it would have to be diagnosed for $140 which could be applied to the work if done. I said I know what needs to be done. He said they don’t do quotes on work that it has to be diagnosed. I said so if the “diagnosis” and subsequent estimate is too high for something that I already know is a problem then I would be stuck for the $140 fee. He said unfortunately that’s the policy.
