Do not take your KIA to Gossett in Memphis for any service. I was lied to telling me that it would take months to get parts and get my engine replaced under warranty. It took me finding a number to Kia to open a case and get my new motor shipped to the dealer in a week and half. No one in the service department returns your calls and when you do get someone on the phone, the person you are trying to reach has always just gone to lunch or away from.their desk. In June 2022, we special ordered a Kia Carnival and was required to put a down payment on the vehicle. We live over 2 hours away and told the salesperson that we would like to have the deal complete when the vehicle came in over the phone so we could just come sign papers and pick the vehicle up. That was agreed to by the salesperson. In December, the vehicle arrived and was told we had 7 days to complete everything and pick up the vehicle or we would lose it and our deposit ($1000) . Sold me a 2019 Dodge Caravan in February that had flood damage. Rust inside the engine SMH. Will be putting pictures in the comments but extremely disappointed with this dealership.

I booked an appointment for a safety recall at Gossett Kia North. The appointment was 2 weeks out. Brought my vehicle in the date of the appointment and made arrangements for someone to meet me so I could leave my vehicle. I was told they had to order the part and I would have to bring it in when they received the part. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. Terrible place. Took my wife’s vehicle in for service. Took over a month to get a price to replace an alternator. Then they left my windows down and allowed the vehicle to be rained in multiple times after I declined to have them replace alternator. Glove box and center console was dumped in floor. General manager JEFF ALLEN couldn’t care less. Buyer and customers beware.

I would never recommend coming here for anything. They didn’t call me to tell me the part had arrived to repair my car. They didn’t call to schedule an appointment to repair it once the parts were in. I’ve been here over 6 hours waiting on it to get repaired. I was suggested to leave it as it would take a while but since it’s my only car, and you know, I can only drive 1 car at a time, they couldn’t provide me with a loaner while they try to repair my car.

I highly suggest that if your having vehicle issues do not take it to kia gossett. They are rude. They don't care about timing. I call once a month to check on my vehicle but I get cut off when trying to get understanding. It will take a half a year for you to get your vehicle back. Do not I repeat do not sign your vehicle over to them to service.
