180$ to put on a 23$ part that should have been replaced when you had it apart the first time? Have never seen such an unethical, crooked dealership. Trust the Yelp 1.7 star rating- go somewhere else. My daughter loves the Kia- can’t stand this dealership

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced at Gosset Kia concerning the repair of my vehicle. Firstly, the extensive wait times of 45 minutes on hold to speak with a service technician are unacceptable. This has been a frustrating aspect of my overall experience. Bria, we apologize for any lack of communication during your service to Gossett Kia. After speaking with our Service Manager, he did confirm that the video that Silver Rock requested were sent on 2 separate occasions. All requested documents have been sent but Trenton was going to call them again today to confirm that they do not need anything further. Please give Trenton a call for an update with your warranty company. We hope that once this issue is resolved, we can continue to serve you in the future.

I don't recommend this place. They have some shady stuff going on I fully believe they seen me come in by myself and thought they could take advantage of me. If your buying here just pay be careful they will take advantage of you. Oh and just want to put this out there if you have a problem there managers are to busy to come talk to you to fix a problem.

When I can get service the quality is fine. The problem is getting through to someone on the telephone or getting someone to return messages. That is abysmal!!!

Hi. I’ve tried multiple voicemails, text messages, and I’ve emailed the finance department. So I’m hoping this will get a response. I need to speak with the service department regarding my telluride. I was told to call back after vacation in June to get a time set up to bring my telluride in to have the parts fixed but I haven’t been able to speak with anyone. Our car has been at Gossett Kia South for almost four months waiting to be serviced. It’s near impossible to get ahold of them. When I do get through, nobody can give me any answers as to when our service will be started, let alone completed, and they refuse to make it up to us with a rental, tow to another shop, or money off the total. We’ve had terrible experiences with both Gossett Kia service centers and will be moving our Kia to a different shop to perform services. .I was forced to schedule an appointment two months ago because they didnt take walk ins during the week I was told. I show up for a 730 appointment and im still here 4 hours later just for an oil change and tire rotation. It took them an hour to take my car back and at this moment i believe they have pulled my car out 30+mins ago but im still sitting here waiting. Worst first service appointment, ever. Took my brand-new vehicle in for service, March 30. No one called me all day to let me know it was done. I showed up to pick up my car late afternoon and they scratched by hatch down to metal and wipers are messed up. I brought this to their attention and they took photos as I did and said someone would get back to me on Friday. It is now more than a week later and I have heard nothing. This is even after following up with an email.
