I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and feel compelled to share my experience so other customers can make informed decisions. I brought my vehicle in after noticing water intrusion in the compartment where the battery is housed. I personally explained the issue to Travis and even walked him out to the vehicle to physically show him the standing water. I normally use a trusted local repair shop, but because of my warranty I had to take my car to this Chrysler dealership. I regret that decision. Two weeks ago, I arrived at 5:30 AM on a Saturday and sat in the waiting area for almost 5 hours while they “diagnosed” my van. I had brought it in for a loud, grinding/creaking noise that happened every time I turned or backed out.
