We have a 2024 Hyundai Palisade that has been at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. It has around 6500 miles on it. It is kept in a garage, it has only been hand washed etc. I started hearing a knocking sound that turned into my steering wheel shaking and a horrible noise. Purchased a brand new 2025 Kia Sorento in April 2025. Having issues with buttons on the steering wheel intermittently working, the panoramic roof gets stuck at times, the dash panel is bubbling in areas. Popping sounds on the driver side back area, brakes feel like they grind at times. My husband made an appointment, went in and was there for a couple of hours and nothing was done. Utterly horrific service. They've had my car for 5 business days and I have been given zero information, status, or expectation on when or even whether the issue with my car (which cropped up out of nowhere and should be covered under warranty) will be resolved. What they HAVE given me is a cumulative multiple hours of hold music and several phone calls answered with "thisisgossetthyundaisouthpleasehold*click*". Supremely bad timing for a customer who's actively planning for their next vehicle purchase.
After 22 years of being a loyal customer, and purchasing at least seven new cars, today will be my final trip to Gossett Dodge Jeep. Unauthorized services were preformed on my jeep and we were basically told that the we could eat it, and get a discount later. There will be no later for us. I have never had this experience with them in 22 years. If you go in for an oil change PLEASE make sure that is all they do, otherwise you will be out $732 that you never intended to spend.

I will never ever go back to that place! Bob Flowers Cursed me out and said multiple bad things to me like I’m trash! The manager of the store was okay but I know he can do better. The manager of the store told me I might as well don’t come back if I leave a bad review but it didn’t mean anything to me cause it multiple places to buy a car. The part that your vehicle requires is on back order and we have no idea when that will come in. We currently have one that was ordered in October that has not shipped for another customer. For woman and people who doesn’t know much about cars, please do your research or talk to somebody that knows about vehicles before getting your car serviced here. I have a 2023 Kia Sportage and I needed my spark plugs replaced, for a V4, which is a four cylinder engine, the price is 199. For a V6, the price is 299. The salesman tried to lie and say my car was a V6, then when I asked are you sure he doubled down and say yes. So basically he TRIED to make me pay another 100 bucks. Extremely disappointed with the service at Gossett Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We entrusted our fully operational truck to Tim on March 6th for a diagnostic test, expecting professionalism and care. After leaving it under the supervision of the service team, including Box Flowers, we picked it up 19 days later in worse condition.
