I normally use a trusted local repair shop, but because of my warranty I had to take my car to this Chrysler dealership. I regret that decision. Two weeks ago, I arrived at 5:30 AM on a Saturday and sat in the waiting area for almost 5 hours while they “diagnosed” my van.
