Checked their models all is good until the prices DUMB car dealership question and answer always amazes me. "So how much for this model?" - How much is your budget? "So how much approx monthly?" - Are you buying today? If not we cannot give you numbers......And we left.

I went in to get my front signal light changed as it was blinking fast and about to go out soon. They claimed it was good to go. After a couple of hours I get my car and signal light still the same. I advised them and the guy in the front stated he has to reschedule me to come back. I come back the following week and they take it back come back with the same answer your car is good to go. I don't know what happened to this place. Was a nice place to purchase a vehicle from but not anymore. Extremely rude service reps yelling at you on the phone. Complain to the manager he calls back defending him. Prior visit I needed a part and was not even acknowledged after 30 minutes. After purchasing 2 vehicles here trust me I won't do business here again. Now I see why they have a 2 star rating.

Went a few months ago to inquire about purchasing a car since my lease was coming to an end. The finance guy wouldn't even talk to me because I wouldn't commit to signing for a car. How can I purchase a car if I don't know what my payments will be? Hello? Would never go back here. I'm not going to commit to anything if I don't know how much it's going to cost me.

Do yourself a favor and skip the car dealership hustle and hassle and order your car online, that is what I'll do next time! There are no benefits in buying from a dealership anymore, they aren't trying to take care of you or have an ongoing relationship and as soon as they make the deal and you drive off, they could care less about you or the vehicle they sold you. Absolutely TERRIBLE. The people here are rude and shady. Never had a positive experience, will never go back. I recently inquired about a service being covered under a federal warranty and the man from the service department that I spoke to LIED to me about being able to check whether or not I was qualified via my VIN number. He was also incapeable of giving me a straight answer to any of the questions that I asked about it. He either didnt know anything, or didnt care to be bothered with helping me. Why give an appointment for a quick service and not take the car into garage for 2 to 3 hours. Every other dealer that I have been to takes the car into garage within 20 minutes of arrival. 3+ hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Obvious they are over booking appointments. This has been my 3rd visit and is always the same. Will never be back!

THIS DEALERSHIP SOLD ME A NEW CAR WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A LEMON! I understand that lemons happen, and I have nothing against Kia Motors America, but the extremely rude, aggressive, and argumentative attitude of Pat Ehrhart, the Service Manager at Gateway Kia, is inexcusable! I know my car was a real lemon because I ended up suing Kia Motors America under the NJ Lemon Law and it took over 9 months to reach a settlement. KIA - great KIA Sportage, 5 Stars!!! This is my second one.. Gateway KIA in North Brunswick Service Manager tries get you to pay for repairs under warranty, very disappointed, I had to tell him NO ten times, repairs are covered under warranty, At the end, he said, he was doing me a favor to cover repairs
