I liked how everyone was very nice and worked hard to make it so my Wife and I got a good deal and are able to have a safe reliable vehicle with ample space for our one year old twins. Would highly recommend!!!
I was in shopping lots of other cars but i met dan g. He showed me 4 cars and took his time. Never preassured me and i really injoyed the kia soul. Worked out the final numbers quickly with bob the manager. Anyway dan stuck by me the whole time and even took the time to set up my phone and radio to it. Thanks dan love my new car

They took prompt care of my car and was straight forward with what I needed and offered to take me to the local mall so that I did not have to wait in the waiting room while they completed the work. Your Service Writer Jen is a great asset to your service dept. and understands the customers and is always straight forward and accommodating. I will be glad to recommend this service center.
Our salesman Victor Lam was so engaging. He took the time to take us out for a test drive and explained all the features on the Soul. I liked the car and felt that everyone at Gateway treated us with respect. We had been to other Kia dealers and didn't get treated very nicely. The finance guy Sal worked with us and got us a great rate. It was a very pleasant experience.
I am extremely disappointed with my ongoing experience at Gateway Kia, despite being a repeat customer on my third lease with this dealership. My first leased vehicle was involved in a very serious issue: the seat motor caught fire, causing an electrical fire inside the car. Terrible service. after first oil change on a brand new car, three indicator lights are on just a week later and person on phone was not exactly apologetic when called on phone to make a new appointment
All Kia cars are having engine and oil problems. Took my Kia Forte to get it fixed for both issues as my indicator light was constantly coming on, and making noises. I've recently learned about their recalls, and took it to get it fixed, they've done nothing to the car and wanted to charge me $150 for a diagnostic test. The engine got worst and I was left stranded when the engine failed, they said that Kia has a 24/7 road side assistance, been calling them and it remains futile.
