If I could give a 0 I would! I will NEVER EVER EVER buy another Kia! My car is covered under the the Kia power train warranty still. Took my car in for service for the code p071 torque converter switch… needless to say they said “oh we can’t find the code”…. See photo below! Makes the 5th time it’s been in for the same thing. First was at a different dealership(said it needed an update) FALSE! Came back on! Kia is failing to fix a car and is going to cause more damage possibly a car fire! Sad to say we’ve had an absolute terrible experience. Vehicle needed new engine, car was done and my wife drove 45 minutes to pickup and gas was pouring out of the engine under hood. Oops

My Kia Telluride has been having electrical issues for at least a year and then the battery started continually drains around 3 months ago. Gateway Kia has now had my car for over a month while they try to diagnose and fix the problem. They have refused to offer me a loaner or rental car even though the car is still under warranty. Gateway Kia has a huge backlog of cars waiting months for repair and diagnosis. Gateway Kia's service department does not keep me informed so I have had to call every few days for an update. They provide service is great. Unfortunately, I bought kia k5 from them and i had an stirrings noise and I complained. They checked but never resolved the issue. I don’t know why I don’t like the sound at all and it is not supposed to. Kindly kia should look into this.

Recently my kia Sorento had engine issues. I brought it in and was told it needed a new engine. There is a well known problem with Kia engines across several models and years (bad!) and it’s such a big issue that Kia has a policy of fixing it regardless of warranty (good!). Have heard terrible things. Lie to customers . Try to sell you a car and if someone bids higher than you they will lie to you and sell it to the highest bidder. BUYER BEWARE - RUN 🏃‍♂️

I first became a Kia customer in 2019, have been thrilled up until today. 2 weeks ago I went in to review buyout options as my lease is coming to an end. I was offered a 2023 model rather than buying out, full agreement made and simply needed to wait for the exact car to be transported to the lot in 1 week. 2 weeks approach without receiving a single phone call. Long story short, leased a Soul from them in 2014. Bought the car from Kia through PNC bank in 2018. It is 2022 and I am still trying to get the title from the leasing company!! Worst experience ever!!
