Sad to say we’ve had an absolute terrible experience. Vehicle needed new engine, car was done and my wife drove 45 minutes to pickup and gas was pouring out of the engine under hood. Oops
My Kia Telluride has been having electrical issues for at least a year and then the battery started continually drains around 3 months ago. Gateway Kia has now had my car for over a month while they try to diagnose and fix the problem. They have refused to offer me a loaner or rental car even though the car is still under warranty. RecommendedThey provide service is great. Unfortunately, I bought kia k5 from them and i had an stirrings noise and I complained. They checked but never resolved the issue. I don’t know why I don’t like the sound at all and it is not supposed to. Kindly kia should look into this.
Recently my kia Sorento had engine issues. I brought it in and was told it needed a new engine. There is a well known problem with Kia engines across several models and years (bad!) and it’s such a big issue that Kia has a policy of fixing it regardless of warranty (good!). Have heard terrible things. Lie to customers . Try to sell you a car and if someone bids higher than you they will lie to you and sell it to the highest bidder. BUYER BEWARE - RUN 🏃♂️

I first became a Kia customer in 2019, have been thrilled up until today. 2 weeks ago I went in to review buyout options as my lease is coming to an end. I was offered a 2023 model rather than buying out, full agreement made and simply needed to wait for the exact car to be transported to the lot in 1 week. 2 weeks approach without receiving a single phone call. Long story short, leased a Soul from them in 2014. Bought the car from Kia through PNC bank in 2018. It is 2022 and I am still trying to get the title from the leasing company!! Worst experience ever!!
Long Story as short as I can make it... kept calling looking for our plates for 3 months and kept getting told they didn't have the title to the car we bought... ended up getting the DMV investigation team involved and our plates magically appeared... Also, they switched the finance company on us after we signed the paperwork. We were approved through the bank we wanted (which was the bank we use), then got the bill in the mail a month later financed through a different company Will NOT be back
