Just so everyone is aware this dealership lies about the pricing of the cars. Let's say it's a used car and the going price for said car is 15,000 they will mark it up by 1,000 or 2,000 then say that they cut the price to make you think your getting a deal so in reality your still paying the regular price even if they say they cut the price by 1,000 bucks. Absolutely displeased with my service. Eric was the technician looking at my car for the second time. My appt was for 9:30 am Monday morning. I was called at 9:47 am saying that they could duplicate the issue and therefore fix it. My radio has had an issue with freezing up , restarting while driving , not showing my backup camera. This is an everyday occurrence. My Kia Forte is less than 3 years old, two months ago it needed a new transmission, it's broken down twice since then, the dealership says there is nothing wrong with the car because no codes show up on their diagnostic tool. The car doesn't accelerate evenly, it stutters and jerks, it has this uneven start and go motion. The service manager Pat is completely rude as is Eric. Even though the car is still under warranty this service team just says that nothing is wrong with the car.
Today I arrived for my 9:45 AM oil change and it took almost 3 hours for them to do it. No other service, just an oil change. I understand that they were shortstaffed because of Covid. However, at no point did anyone alert me to the potential that it would take this long. If someone had just told me I would've gladly rescheduled and come in another time. First off I am not one to complain but I had the worst experience at the Kia gateway in north Plainfield I can't find that one on here so here's how I feel about them. Car purchased July 5th 2021. Exactly 2 weeks after while sitting in bumper to bumper traffic for 40 minutes this brand new car had a transmission temp warning pop up on the screen showing it was going to possibly ovsrheat. Drove from. Brooklyn to this place. Gina mislead us. She had the car Friday night. Then Saturday car sold. I believe Gina is a receptionist. You should not waste people's time snd money. If she had the car she should of asked for a deposit. What a disappointment
