This organization does not practice good customer service. They will tell you they changed the oil and that the vehicle is sound when in fact they did not do any of this. This is no way to run a business and expect repeat customers especially now a days with social media and such. Word gets out pretty quick. Gateway do the right thing and maybe you can save what reputation you may have left.
Gateway, Why did you block Chris Wellington George from being able to write reviews? Your service is terrible your customer service is terrible and the truth is you do not care about your customers. You only care about the money. As David Durand stated you have employees and family of employees writing reviews that are all not true. I would never do business with your company. Do what's right and give her the money back for outside repairs she had to get done because your mechanics did not know how to work on her car.
Poor service after the sale. They take your money and then leave you hanging w/ an unreliable "certified" vehicle. Don't purchase a vehicle here.

My mother purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Gateway Kia on 1/30/16 (2 weeks ago). Yesterday (2/12/16). as she was driving a bunch of warning lights came on and the car suddenly slowed to about 5mph. Called Gateway and they said that their mechanics are Kia mechanics so we need to have it looked at by Chevy. Had it towed to a Chevy dealership, who said it was a problem with the throttle.
