Do not buy from them. I asked nicely, 3 times to remove me from their list. They keep calling every day for months. I will not buy a car from them and sorry I did once. Rude salespeople harass you to no end before your lease is up. They do not keep their word. Do NOT trust them. Take me off your list Gateway or my lawyer will see that you do

If I could post zero stars I would. On my way into work I stopped in to test drive a new Niro. The test drive went fine but when a manager came over to appraise my car I told him I didn't have much time as I am on my way to work. He abruptly stood up and said come back when you have more time and just walked away. He didn't even look at me. He was VERY RUDE. This is not my first HORRIBLE experience with this place. I have learned my lesson. I will take my CASH sale elsewhere.

Absolutely awful customer service. Have had issue after issue with the bulbs in my car and have been treated like crap by the service manager here. Don't waste your money buying a Kia. They won't help you.

The biggest issue I have is the turn around in the service department. I've been going there since they opened. Jose was probably the last service advisor that lasted the longest but he is not there any more. As a customer, you build that trust with an advisor and when they are not there, and you have to regain and build that trust again, it sucks. New advisors don't know your history or the personality of the customer and some of them just worry about the "10" rating. Maybe if they were sincere from the beginning, maybe t... read more

Horrible experience! I will never return to this dealer. I was misinformed of the finance and pay off. Now they have my leased car and I am being told by Kia Finance that i need to pay it off. Not what was discussed.

I went Monday for an oil change...they told me I needed brakes immediately I said no not doing that today! THANK GOD I said no! I went to my friends garage he told me my brakes are brand new! They were going to charge me $350 for brakes I didn't need! Sleazy money hungry people trying to take advantage of young girl! Also they use regular oil for changes.. just go to jiffy lube and spend $20.

I had an awful experience here when I first leased my car in 2014. I told the salesman I couldn't afford it and tried to walk out. He persuaded me to "look at the numbers" once more. Against my better judgement, I signed the lease for my Kia Soul. Fast forward to the end of my lease and I was dreading going back to the dealership again. This time, I brought my husband. Service dept. is very dishonest. Claim your car is ok., and it isnt. They have also changed my email address 3x to a fictious address so that I never receive surveys. When I ask them about this, they say I must have done it. I am now going to kia headquarters, and hope I get help.

Going to this dealership had to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had and would NOT recommend them to anyone. I had to give them a star to post this review but personally I give them minus 5 stars
