I can't say enough good things about Kia of N. Brunswick and their staff. Steven was especially helpful and went through every gesture of my new car. They LISTENED to what we wanted and could afford and worked with us without being pushy and rude. This is the second car we bought from them and even though there are closer Kia dealerships to our home, we take the 40 minute trip there because of the service. Thank you, Steven, I LOVE my new Soul.

With a new baby on the way we really needed to upgrade our car to an SUV. From the time we walked through the doors and were met by Jeff P, it was a fantastic experience. He understood we were just shopping around, let us test drive what we needed, explained the features and benefits clearly to us. He then kept in touch with us about models coming in that matched what we were looking for. Fast forward 4 weeks later, we were back in signing paperwork and drove off with our brand new Sorento. Dan Girolamo was the salesperson we worked with when buying our 2021 Kia Telliride. He is definitely a 5 star person and took care of you every step of the way. What I took away a star was from the financing person as we had excellent credit but the sales tactic to up sell you on the insurances was kind of hilarious as he kept mentioning during "focus studies" that these were highly recommended he didn't seem thrilled to work with us as we said no to everything.

I earnestly not big fan of KIA dealerships despite of high quality vehicle lines they have. Every time I visited a KIA dealership, I leave with very unpleasant thoughts. Either they are very tricky that I am stupid or feel like they don't care if they want my business or not. However, coming down to North Brunswick from Bergen County was worth every penny and every second at Gateway KIA and met with #Dan Girolamo. I am absolutely shocked by the previous yelp reviews of this dealership. My husband and I went there on Sept. 9 to lease a 2020 Kia Sorento. We have never dealt with them before. We were not happy with previous Kia dealerships that we had dealt with in the past so we went online and luckily we chose Gateway Kia in North Brunswick. I read the reviews and I don't understand them I was there today and had an incredible experience from the professionalism to the service I could not be happier with what I received. My salesman Dan G was amazing. The financial department worked with me and catered to my needs. I left with the car I wanted at a fair price. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends

This is going to be a mixed and thorough review. My co-worker and I had a very unique situation regarding the switch off of what is now my Kia Forte 2017. My co-worker and I came to the dealership on September 28, 2019 to make the switch and she had $15,000 left on the remainder of the lease. When we came in to do the transaction they originally raised the price all the way up to nearly 20K! It looks to me like many of the negative reviews here are critiques often heard of car dealerships in general. All of them push the customer to buy a car. All of them use questionable tactics when pricing: add on fees,tricky rebates and financing, above MSRP addendums. Sadly, it's the nature of the business.
