Exceptionally long wait time to get an appointment. They encouraged me to come early and then started work on my car late and seemed to think I should leave for an indefinate amount of time. The woman at service was shocked and appalled that I wanted to wait for my vehicle. I was informed that they don't have loaner vehicles. They also said that they didn't find any problems even though my check engine light was on for 2 months. That was how long I had to wait for an appointment.
Kia My last rental from Hertz was a Kia Soul, for some reason. I really liked it. I already have a Tesla and I didn't want to buy another battery car. So I was looking for a hybrid car. Let me start by saying that I have gone through this dealer for 2 vehicles which I financed/leased through them as well as having all of my vehicle servicing done at this location. which was a favorable experience. What caused such a low rating is that I received a mailer specifically addressed to me requesting I bring in my current make, model, and year Kia for them to buy back and put me in a "new vehicle of my choice" at a lower monthly rate. worst dealership you can ever visit ! under staffed and rude . They clearly don't have any sense of customer service or how to multitask and good luck getting someone to answer your call or even call you back
Worst service department ever. Extremely rude, never again will buy a car from this dealer.
spoke to Richard was supposed to fix a light for $203 ended up charging $355. He charged $240 for service on a $60 light. I asked for a call no response when I called the service department they hung up on me. Very unprofessional do not go there they scam people and terrible customer service.
Received a call from Richard in the service department saying my car was in their lot and I owed 28 dollars. When I told him that my car was not in there lot he insisted it was with an attitude then proceeded to hang up on me.
I ,am waiting for over two months title, i call and receivean answer for a couple next couple of weeks , and not to call, and it was supposed tobe within a mount, very unpleasant service. Peter
This dealership lies and is so unprofessional it is unreal! My Kia which is under warranty was towed to this location after it broke down on the Turnpike. it has been over a week and they still haven't looked at my car yet, and when speaking with Pat, the Director of service, he told me I was lied to about being next in line for diagnostics, that there are 8 ahead of me and he has no idea when it will be looked at! ****warning Don't go here!
