I've never ever in my entire life have I seen such a group of dishonest disloyal group of people in my entire life. I'm so glad I never signed the dotted line, I tore up my contract and ran for my life. Good thing my wife didn't hand over her keys yet for our trade. That's how I left, you can keep my keys.
This organization does not practice good customer service. They will tell you they changed the oil and that the vehicle is sound when in fact they did not do any of this. This is no way to run a business and expect repeat customers especially now a days with social media and such. Word gets out pretty quick. Gateway do the right thing and maybe you can save what reputation you may have left.
