Service advisor was super friendly and helpful. They even honored a service when it was promised over the phone, but it ended up not being on my plan when I purchased. The mechanics obviously have no care or regard for the vehicles they work on. My car was returned to me with dirty greasy fingerprints and marks on the hood, and along the interior trim and headliner. My wife and I are repeat customers of Gateway KIA. In 2013 we bought a KIA Soul and it served us well for those ten years. I love Gateway Kia of North Brunswick. I purchased my Telluride in 2021, and I have come to Gateway for all of my service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The service is always prompt and thorough, and someone always explains everything about what was done and what is needed. My last service guy was Richard, he was so welcoming, and even accommodated me with transportation to the facility. Great customer service!

Good Car, Friendly staff, However. if you Purchase a New KIA Seltos DONT let them give you only one keyFob, its been 4-Months now and NO one knows anything. not even Kia North america, spent 1 hour waiting on hold two separate times just to hear the same thing, they dont know, we dont know, DUHHHH
