I had gone to the dealership for oil change and two recalls. They forgot to perform the second recall and I have to set up another appointment with them . The job done for oil change and one recall was good.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my first Kia at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and clearly explained the details and cost breakdown of the vehicle I was interested in. We quickly came to a deal which I thought was very fair and they expediated the paperwork process so I spent limited time when I returned to pick the car up. I appreciated the respect given to me as a single woman shopping alone. In my experience, that scenario has not always been the case when purchasing a car.

This is my first time visiting this Kia. Holly and James were very pleasant and friendly, as well as other staff encountered. Services were completed faster than expected with additional health checkup of the car. Customers in the waiting area chatted with each other and staff like long time friends. Overall comforting experience that make me feel this is a trust-worthy place for a long-term relationship.

I have had my Niro Hybrid for 5 years and this was the first time I needed service! I was very pleased that my break pads did not need to be replaced. They only had to resurface them. I was able to get a quick appointment due to a recent cancellation. The rate was acceptable and the staff were very friendly. It was difficult to get someone on the phone when I wanted to know the status of the repair. When I finally got through, the person apologized and said he was alone that day.
