I leased and purchased my Kia Sportage from this Dealership. I only come here for my repair needs as I have been to Sansone for an oil change once and they did not reset my car resulting in the oil change notification indicator advising me it repair incorrectly. In addition we purchased new tires from a tire place and they were the wrong size. So very dissatisfied in the above car service providers. Service attendant (Carlos) at the desk was professional and friendly. I came in for a recall, that was taken care of, and they washed my car too. They also replaced the "gateway" sign on the rear of my car, where the "y" had fallen off. I chose the option to leave the car, asked that the job be done by 3, they called by 1:30 to say the car was ready. Very good experience!
AJ and the whole KIA service department are always very helpful, extremely friendly, and courteous. That goes for the shuttle driver too, he's the man . Appreciate all the work you guys do on all 3 of my families KIA's. You keep them running great and keep me and my family safe on these crazy Jersey roads. Thanks again see you in 5000 miles or so...
Friendly, courteous service desk people. Quick service time. They provide a ride home if you drop off your car ... the driver is super nice! They washed my car and tires too. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the cost of repairs is a bit pricy. Also, they cleaned my steering wheel and the area around my gear stick but didn't wipe the dust off the top of the dashboard or vacuum the front seat carpets. Brought in my car for recall and regular service. Everything was taken care of very nicely and I am highly satisfied.
The service advisor Jennifer was very helpful, she gave me many options to get my car there and to have it returned to me. Also gave me a coupon which took $50 off my services. I you have to bring your vehicle there for service ask for her.
Great experience, my truck has been serviced many times at this location. Has been a great representation of the brand in my experience.

I visited Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia all in the same day, and in that order. I knew what I was looking for, but needed to see the vehicles in person to make my decision.
