I have dealt with this dealership and Frank Rodelli in particular, on several different occasions for routine service on my current vehicle. I have found him to be friendly, informative, contentious and trustworthy. The prices at the dealership were comparable to other shops I have had quotes from, so I feel the prices are "the going rate" for the services I have received.

Great place to have my car serviced. Very prompt and took time to explain everything. Service center is also very clean and organized. I am very fussy about who services my vehicle, other places do not care and leave your car dirty, I was very impressed by how they took care in keeping everything nice and clean. Will go back again and will tell my friends.
This has been a very nice experience in buying a car Tracy knows her cars very well and she worked very hard for us We have had a few issues with the car and they have got it right in and taken care of it with no waiting This is a big plus to us we will tell a lot of people what good service we have had and they should look into buying a car from them

My SUV had a recall type issue - AutoWay Cadillac in Port Richey was the closest dealership I cold take my vehicle to, I was leary that this (as most) dealerships might take advantage of my needing to bring my vehicle in to see if it needed this small repair work done, however, I was not pressured by the representative who took care of me and the minor work was done (and very quickly) while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. I have leased several cars from Autoway Cadillac and its predecessor and have always dealt with Tracy Obermeir in sales. She and her agency have consistently provided me with great pricing,service and follow up support. I have never taken the time to write a review about any auto dealership as in the past they didnt warrant any praise , however this dealership was different , they did every thing that you would expect and more , friendly service , hospitable , no rush or pressure to sell which made this visit an pleasurable experience . On a return visit to pick up some paper work I found the same friendliness and helpfulness in this very pleasent facility , nothing is to much effort for these people .
