Great place to have my car serviced. Very prompt and took time to explain everything. Service center is also very clean and organized. I am very fussy about who services my vehicle, other places do not care and leave your car dirty, I was very impressed by how they took care in keeping everything nice and clean. Will go back again and will tell my friends.

This has been a very nice experience in buying a car Tracy knows her cars very well and she worked very hard for us We have had a few issues with the car and they have got it right in and taken care of it with no waiting This is a big plus to us we will tell a lot of people what good service we have had and they should look into buying a car from them

My SUV had a recall type issue - AutoWay Cadillac in Port Richey was the closest dealership I cold take my vehicle to, I was leary that this (as most) dealerships might take advantage of my needing to bring my vehicle in to see if it needed this small repair work done, however, I was not pressured by the representative who took care of me and the minor work was done (and very quickly) while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. I have leased several cars from Autoway Cadillac and its predecessor and have always dealt with Tracy Obermeir in sales. She and her agency have consistently provided me with great pricing,service and follow up support. Most recently, T racy negotiated a gratis touch up of a minor ding to my paint which is typical of the great support I have received from her and the service department.

I have worked with Tracey for many years and she is always very professional and accomadates her customers, even going out of her way and definitely out of her job desription to do whatever the customer needs or wants. I have recommended this dealership and Tracey to many people. Very, very pleased with the whole experience. All the people that work at this dealership seem to go out of their way, even if we're not their own customer. You have a very good team there. Thank you

I have never taken the time to write a review about any auto dealership as in the past they didnt warrant any praise , however this dealership was different , they did every thing that you would expect and more , friendly service , hospitable , no rush or pressure to sell which made this visit an pleasurable experience . On a return visit to pick up some paper work I found the same friendliness and helpfulness in this very pleasent facility , nothing is to much effort for these people . Great autos and great dealership

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. Everyone that I came across was more than happy to direct me or just say "Hi". The selection of color and equiptmnet was good and with Ken's expertise on the product, and the time spent, we found the right combination. The pricing and negotiating was very refreshing as it was presented in writing including all the fees and registration on one easy to understand form. The only place We take our vehicles. A+++ service every time, Nick and his team, Jeremy and Alfredo (we normally deal with those 3) really goes above and beyond. We tell everyone to take their vehicles there, we have also purchased 2 of our vehicles there.

In early July 2010, I purchased a used 2009 Toyota Camry hybrid from Autoway Cadillac. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price we negotiated was very fair. This was mostly a long-distance transaction due to me being in San Antonio, Texas and the dealership is located in Port Richey, Florida However, when the car arrived, I later learned it had been smoked in (disguised) and had the hood repainted.
