I ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE AT AUTOWAY CADILLAC. FRANK RODELLI IS THE SERVICE MANAGER I USE. HE GREETS ALWAYS SEEMS GLAD TO SEE ME AND GREETS ME WITH A SMILE . AND ASKS ME HOW I AM DOING. I CAME BACK AND BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM, BECAUSE OF THE FINE TREATMENT THAT I ENJOY FROM CADILLAC.

Frank greeted me with a smile, asked me how I was doing. Not many people do that anymore because they are to afraid of the customers responding. I was extemely happy with the service Frank gave. And because of him only I will be returning to this dealership. He makes this place feel warm and welcoming. Not many people think of that when going to a dealership. I loved the service I received. thank you

I was greeted immediately by Frank Rodelli, He was very courteous, kind, friendly and he educated me on quite a few things about my car. When my car was finished they washed it for free! I love this dealership. The service department ranks highest about the rest in the area!

My wife and I were riding by and she has been talking about a Cadillac for a long time.So we stopped in to look at what they had on the lot.Tony came over and ask if he could help and then left us alone to look around.I really like when they give you a chance to look without being jumped on.Then Tony came back and answered all our questions.My wife still wasn't sure so Tony invited us to test drive the car she was looking at.After that we came back to the dealership { the cleanest place I have ever seen ] and we started talk... read more

This was one of the easiest experiences buying a car that we have ever had. Bruce was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and all the staff at Autoway, made buying a new SRX fun. He listened to what we wanted and then went above and beyond to obtain the perfect car for us. We have been very pleased with Autoway and look forward to a long relationship with Bruce and Autoway.

My dad has been doing business with this location for a number of years, and when it was time for us to upgrade from our Honda to a Cadillac, there was no other place for us to go.
