The worst car buying experience of my life It took over 8 hours spread out over 2 days as I attempted to buy a car for Cash, no financing. I prepaid for the car. FINALLY, after numerous lies, excuses and delays I insisted that they give me my money back and I walked out. The story is much longer than this but just save yourself headaches and go somewhere else.

BEWARE Lied about price. 1/1/18 Beware of this Dealer. Drove 1.5 hrs to buy a vehicle that I was quoted an out the door price, got there and they said they made a mistake and Didn't included Tax, Tag, Etc... Tried to Jack price by $3600 more..... Walked out!!!

Taken to the cleaners I went to this location due to I was worried about driving my car to far until I knew if it was a transmission problem. I was advised it was the transmission and was told "this is a good car and it is in good condition you don't want to buy a new car". This is the response when I was told a new trans would be $6,000 and rebuilt would be $3,000 or so and I told them I might have to just buy a new car. bait and switch I went there Monday seen the escalade on line they took my deposit and ran my credit! Told me the truck was being shipped out and would be here by Wednesday. I call them in the morning and they told me it was sold. I never wrote a review in my life! But I'm so pissed off ! After I made plans with work to go pick up the truck......
NO LOYALTY AT ALL After 6 yrs of going to this dealership, bringing them customers, bring them ALL my repairs as well as svc. purchased new and used Cadillac's from them, they still find it a need to clean out my bank acct. even still when trying to buy another Cadillac from them? NEVER AGAIN !!!! I consider myself an educated consumer. I did my homework, researched the internet found a 2014 ATS Cadillac I liked, with low mileage at a decent price. I made arrangements to test drive the vehicle and even received an e-mail stating that the car had been reserved in my name. No Loyalty at ALL I have been a faithful customer to this dealership for many years 4+, i have paid them to service my Cadillac's, sent them many customers, sent them family members to purchase cars from them, even purchased another car from them as well myself, it does not matter to them how great and loyal you are as a customer, it means nothing to them, they will still treat you like a paycheck and try to clean out you bank acct anyway, my loyalty meant nothing to this dealership at all, i purchased a car AGAIN for 24k wi... read more
Crooks!!! My ignition was misdiagnosed. Was told components we're not able to be removed without damaging other parts of the ignition and the components needed to be replaced and given an estimate of $798.00 took the car to suntoyota had the problem fixed within minutes and was only charged for locksmith rebuilding my current ignition which was a small fraction of these crooks estimate! Even after being misdiagnosed no offer of refunding my diagnostic fee of $90.00
This is my second review on this dealer because in my first review I wrote that this dealer was slacking. In this review I would like to say they are not slacking in the customer service department! Barbara and frank called me after my last review and asked me to come into the dealer so they can take care of my issues. I took my vehicle in and they gave me a rental while they looked over my vehicle and addressed the issues we discussed from the previous visit.
