I have been going to Auto way Cadillac for years. I am on my fourth car from them. Tracy the sales person has always gone far n beyond to help me with my purchases. Alfredo is a down to earth kind of guy not like most you see when going to a dealership. Great people, Great business.

This is my fourth Cadillac and I love the cars, but, part of the reason I buy them is this dealer. I bought twice from Paul Wittke and love dealing with Frank Rodelli in service. He is personable and extremely competent in spite of being very busy at all times. During this visit, I got an oil change and had a computer module updated. I have been a customer here for several years and any emergency I might have is taken care of immediately. I like being recognized when I pull into the dealership. They make me feel special.

Vickie was able to process the sale quick for me in order to take advantage of a once in a lifetime deal; this vehicle had only 206 miles for 2005, I couldn't pass it up. Vickie help push my deal through and I was able to get the vehicle that I was looking for... Management and financing were also there for me, without which I would not have been able to secure the car.

I although i didn't buy a car, the service was excellent, would definitely return at any time, and would recommend the dealer, and David Miles is a super salesperson --very friendly and knowledgeable about Cadillac. Have recommended him to all my friends

I have wanted an Escalade for forever, and decided to do it. I found Autoway through Consumer Reports and could not have been happier. Jamie is an intelligent who understood somehow that I needed to figure out what I wanted, so we drove a few cars and he helped me decide on a sweet Red Escalade, new but with some mileage. The deal was quick, the atmosphere was friendly, and the entire episode was painless. Jamie and Autoway will see me again.

i have had 7 cadillac's and have used the same company & serviceman frank rodelli over 12 years and have always been treated with respect and very good service, i highly mecommend auto way. my husband & i will continue to buy gmc cars in the future. helen daily

Ronnie goes above and beyond in service. She completely explains any repair necessary even so I can understand it! While waiting, I had the opportunity to be greeted by both sales representatives and service representatives and everyone was both friendly and courteous. It's a bit of a drive for me, but the folks at AutoWay make it entirely worth it.

This was one of the friendlest and cleanest dealerships that I have ever visited! the staff was very helpful not over bearing seemed just to care about my needs for a car, Mr John Hayes was very helpful and took very good care of me, made sure that the car was a fit and that the finance was right for me just a very nice friendly person! would highly recommend this dealership! well worth the visit!

Frank is a great person to deal with and have enjoyed the visit her while getting the oil changed this morning. Realy have enjoyed the very friendly service and how they great with names and are very wiling to help and serve you in any way possible. A great service experience.
