I had no appointment,and came from out of state, the service advisor Alfredo took care of my concerns and the Mechanic Pat also did his utmost best to repair my car ! I could not be more satified !I will return when needed and recommend Autoway! Thanck You !!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Ronnie was very honest. I will recommend this dealer to family and friends. not at all what I expected from a cadillac dealership on the price since I do not own a cadillac and was weary about bringing my car there.

I was introduce to Tracy Obermeier when I did my second Lease with Cadillac in 07. Well let me just say, because of Tracy I'm driving all the way back from Tampa to do another deal with her. She's knows how to keep her customer's happy and as I said I'm coming back when my lease is up to do another deal with her and her only. She rocks and tell her to keep up the good work.

This was honestly the most pleasant used car buying experience I have ever had. Jamie Blatman was not only friendly and knowlegable. He has followed up after the sale on multiple occasions to ensure that I was satisfied with my car. The finance dept. was just as wonderful as the sales dept.

Frank has been my service advisor since I bought the car there almost 6 years ago. He is friendly and takes a genuine interest on what service is needed and listens as you describe any problems with the car. I have to say I trust Frank and the service team at Autoway Cadillac as to what service I need and when for my car. In fact the entire service area is friendly and are always willing to help. Alfredo always gets me in when I call, and is very helpful with everything.I have never had a bad experience when dealing with him,I highly recomend him to all my friends that go there He always clears up any confusion that I might have,and he is definatly an asset to your company.

I took my Cadillac in for service on a Saturday due to having an issue with the key not working correctly in the ignition and also the airbag light was displayed. Ronnie explained in details why these issues were happening as well as how it would be repaired. Ronnie was extremely professional and friendly. I am a business owner and appreciate good employees that put the customer first. I went to this dealership because a friend referred it to me for an oil change. I told Mr. Crespo my air conditioner was not working he had them check it for me and I'm very glad I did because it turned out that all it had was a small leak, not a bad condenser. The service area was clean and they were very nice.

Always with a smile, Alfredo greets his customers with the utmost friendliness and concern. I've never felt taken advantage of by price or procedure with Autoway Cadillac, as I am on limited budget and know that there are some dealerships who aren't always honest. Alfredo provides accurate information on the problem(s) with my vehicle and always has the price available for me to decide upon. I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else!
