This is my second review on this dealer because in my first review I wrote that this dealer was slacking. In this review I would like to say they are not slacking in the customer service department! Barbara and frank called me after my last review and asked me to come into the dealer so they can take care of my issues. I took my vehicle in and they gave me a rental while they looked over my vehicle and addressed the issues we discussed from the previous visit. I recently purchased a used Pontiac GTO. On the first test drive I mentioned to Tracy that the car wasn't very clean(window tint shavings everywhere), considering it was on the front row of the sales lot. She aggreed, had it taken care of after the test drive. I loved the car, came back in 2 days to buy it. Autoway would not budge on the price..
