The employees are polite and professional and always The employees are polite and professional and always ready to help. I actually enjoy going there for service! Jeff and Jeremy are the best service advisors you could have and Barbara is great with the ever-changing technology in the vehicles. Tracy is pleasant and knowledgeable and a super saleswoman. Kudos to them all.

I have been looking for a nice used Cadillac and I am a previous cadillac owner. I've stopped in on a few dealerships but felt most comfortable with Bruce, who went beyond the call of duty in helping me find the right car for the right price. He was very patient with me and my husband and never made us feel pressured. It was very refreshing to work with great, caring people. I really appreciated his help and will highly recommend him to others.

Tracy is a consumate professional. She made our purchase of a new SRX easy, explaining every detail of the transaction as we went along. She was fun to work with and was very faithful in following up on every question. First of all, I love the location of autoway cadillac ,it is conviently located to my bank as well as my favorite shopping areas. I can take care of other personal business while waiting for vechicle repair,or i can sit in your beautiful waiting room which is always clean and supplied with delicious high quality water, coffee ,doughnuts and bagel,this is great cutomer service. Vicky and Gary were very knowledgeable and helpful. Gary sat down with me and showed me the best way to purchase a vehicle based on my personal circustances. He made me feel like family. Vicky kept me in the loop on everything and explained how the truck worked in great detail. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Escalade EXT.

This is my fourth Cadillac and I love the cars, but, part of the reason I buy them is this dealer. I bought twice from Paul Wittke and love dealing with Frank Rodelli in service. He is personable and extremely competent in spite of being very busy at all times. During this visit, I got an oil change and had a computer module updated. I have been a customer here for several years and any emergency I might have is taken care of immediately. I like being recognized when I pull into the dealership. They make me feel special.

Vickie was able to process the sale quick for me in order to take advantage of a once in a lifetime deal; this vehicle had only 206 miles for 2005, I couldn't pass it up. Vickie help push my deal through and I was able to get the vehicle that I was looking for... Management and financing were also there for me, without which I would not have been able to secure the car.
