Visited the dealer for an oil change today. My second visit there. As was the case during my first visit, they were extremely courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I'm very pleased that my service plan includes this dealership as an option.

I stopped at Autoway for advice n repairing the stains on my new SRX resulting from a week-end trip to Ft. Lauderdale. Upon arrival I was greeted by David Miles and Gary Choquette. After telling them my situation Gary talked to Ken and he obtained a Perma Guard Kit to help remove the stains in the future. In the meantime, David Miles brought thr SRX t the service department for another wash job and removal of the stains that I could not get off. I appreciated the service that I received. The employees are polite and professional and always The employees are polite and professional and always ready to help. I actually enjoy going there for service! Jeff and Jeremy are the best service advisors you could have and Barbara is great with the ever-changing technology in the vehicles. Tracy is pleasant and knowledgeable and a super saleswoman. Kudos to them all.

I have been looking for a nice used Cadillac and I am a previous cadillac owner. I've stopped in on a few dealerships but felt most comfortable with Bruce, who went beyond the call of duty in helping me find the right car for the right price. He was very patient with me and my husband and never made us feel pressured. It was very refreshing to work with great, caring people. I really appreciated his help and will highly recommend him to others.

Tracy is a consumate professional. She made our purchase of a new SRX easy, explaining every detail of the transaction as we went along. She was fun to work with and was very faithful in following up on every question. First of all, I love the location of autoway cadillac ,it is conviently located to my bank as well as my favorite shopping areas. Vicky and Gary were very knowledgeable and helpful. Gary sat down with me and showed me the best way to purchase a vehicle based on my personal circustances. He made me feel like family. Vicky kept me in the loop on everything and explained how the truck worked in great detail. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Escalade EXT.
