Thank you for providing excellent service. Your service rep Frank Rodelli was very professional,knowledgable and friendly. He explained all of my repairs to me clearly and put me at ease while my car was in service. I will definately recommend your service center and Frank to my friends & family.

Frank always takes excellent care of us! No matter what were calling for, he always makes time to get an appointment scheduled. When we needed to leave our vehicle there overnight for a recall repair, he quickly hooked us up with a rental car that would accomadate our needs while we had it.

They have excellent and fast service, good prices. The employees are helpful and professional. I have been going to Autoway Cadillac for many years and will continue to use them. They always let me know up front approximately how much my repairs will cost along with how long it will take.

Frank Rodelli and his knowledgeable staff has taken care of our 2003 CTS since we purchased it pre owned in 2005.We were always impressed with the speed in which he would diagnose the problem and have it repaired. Often we were able to wait and our car was returned within an hour or so. When ever we would have to leave our car for a longer or overnight stay Frank would always have a loaner car ready for us or have started the paper work. When I was looking for a used car, I knew the repution that Autoway Cadillac had, was nothing but first class. I have always felt comfortable with Tracie that I worked with in sales so plesent and every question I had she had the knowledge that I needed. This was my best experience buying a new car.I was not presured to hurry and make the deal.Jamie and Tony were very attentive the whole time with me. I came in to purchase a used car and tested serveral while I was there. When testing the last one I mentioned leasing and got a favarable response and went on to lease a 2011 CTS that I am very happy with!!!!!!!!

I always receive great service at this dealership. The employees are friendly,courteous and professional. I have complete trust in the service and parts departments. They explain what is needed and you know the price upfront. There are no surprises after the fact. This is the only place I let service my vehicles. I have never walked out wondering did I really need that service. Coastal Cadillac is trustworthy.

I have taken my SUV to Auto Way Cadillac in Port Richey for service and maintenance on 3 different occasions. This dealership and service department exceeded my expectations on each visit. I have owned BMWs in the past and those dealerships can't hold a candle to the service department at Auto Way Cadillac. From the minute you walk in, it's apparent that it's different. This is the third Cadillac we have gotton from Autoway Cadillac. Although each time we seek a new car we look at reviews, talk to neighbors and visit several dealerships; the people at Autoway, the quality of the product, the wide selection and the attentiveness to our needs is outstanding. Add to that the fact that their service people have always performed effectively, efficiently and in a friendly helpful manner has meant Autoway gets and retains our business. They know what they are about and we trust them!
