Took my car in for a diagnostic. I was told to diagnose an issue would be $150. 5 hours in and them tearing my car apart everywhere but where I had an issue to try and sell me crap after I had told them at drop off I’m not interested in any other service they call me and tell me they need another $150 to “continue diagnosing” because it was going to take even longer to get behind the radio. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation took over 3. 5 hours to be performed while I waited in the lounge at the dealership. I was told upon entering that it would only take about 1 hour. I was never informed that there would be delays. I had to ask for updates as to why it took so long. I was told they only had 1 technician working. This was at 2:45pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday.

Poor updates and communication …oil change scheduled 9 am, at 3:30 pm called to find out why car was not ready ( requested check engine light in advance of appt). Call went to voice mail..called again used operator to find someone available..finally reached a live body, only to be asked if I could leave car overnight! Stated I need my car for work, and if it wasn’t checked yet, then forget it, man from service told me it can take many hours to run a check engine light..that may be accurate, but 6 hours? First was sold a car (pulled credit for financing and furnished insurance) to be told it was sold six days earlier. Then told they will take care of me and find another car. Ended up with a similar car but paid over 1k more, which they were not willing to make amends for the previous car. Once I received the second car and took it for a test drive, reported the rotors were bad. Terrible experience working with this dealership. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have worked with numerous dealers in the area during my car buying experience and none of them have been as unprofessional as this one. “The customer is always right” is not a phrase that is practiced at this dealership, and they will treat you as if it is a privilege for you to buy a car from them. So, here is how I spent over 4 hours of my Saturday. Go to buy this car, test drive, fill out paperwork, paying cash. Get to the point of getting a temporary tag and paying, and Robby notices the temp tag says the car is black, it’s not, it’s red. The finance manager says “oh, that doesn’t matter” and I say “yes it does, we will get arrested for driving a car that doesn’t match the tag”. Very Disappointed I traded in my Anniversary Edition Cadillac Eldorado I had shipped from Hawaii. They took advantage of me for about 3 years. At 74,000 miles, and thousands of dollars later, the engine blew up. So I got an SRX from them. Thinking everything was up to date. Nope; Needed new tires. $800. Oil change. $130. Transmission Service. $211. Maintenance schedule says I need new spark plugs. $450. So disappointed that they sold me a car that was not maintained. I tried to buy a Chevy Spark EV (used) from them this week, but they would not come down even $1 from the advertised price. Additionally, they added $799 for clear blue sky, then mocked me when i asked for a better deal. I will buy my car elsewhere.
