Our son’s Cadillac was towed to this dealership after what we believed was a simple battery issue. After three days, the service advisor, Dave, informed us that diagnostics would cost at least $2,000, but suggested we file an insurance claim because they suspected a lightning strike. Extremely disappointed with new cars sales person Mariana Welch and New Car Director Nicholas Martin. I wanted to place an order for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V series. She told me the price would be MSRP. I asked several times and she confirmed in a text message that the sales price would be MSRP. After she took my credit card number and driver's license, she sent me an invoice with $20,000 market adjustment. When I asked why, she said that her manager cannot sell at MSRP and has to charge $20,000 market adjustment. After ... read more

The worse service station I have ever dealt with, made an appointment which meant nothing. Waited 7 hours for a simple diagnosis and price of $4300 to replace a power steering pump versus going down the street to a reputable company and get a price of $979 labor and material with 3 year warranty. Price gougers !! Stay clear. The service manager, Bill has a lot to learn regarding customer service.

xxxxxxlooks like they’re going out of business. No vehicles in stock service department look like it was hardly working too. When in for an oil change spent $265. I think that’s excessive & I will shop around..

Took my car in for a diagnostic. I was told to diagnose an issue would be $150. 5 hours in and them tearing my car apart everywhere but where I had an issue to try and sell me crap after I had told them at drop off I’m not interested in any other service they call me and tell me they need another $150 to “continue diagnosing” because it was going to take even longer to get behind the radio. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation took over 3. 5 hours to be performed while I waited in the lounge at the dealership. I was told upon entering that it would only take about 1 hour. I was never informed that there would be delays. I had to ask for updates as to why it took so long. I was told they only had 1 technician working. This was at 2:45pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday.

I HAD MY CAR AT YOUR FACILITY ON 7/27/2023 ALL DAY, AND TODAY THE SAME PROBLEM SHOWED UP AGAIN, I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE DEPT.
