I went looking for a new CTS-V. Mr Pellegi greated me like a lost friend. I had just dropped my car for service and recalls. He explained all the differences between the regular car vs the V series. Showed me options, buying from the lot vs ordering a car just for me. His knowledge of cars was great. Recommend highly.
Bruce Pileggi and Autoway Cadillac LISTENED (really listened) to what we needed and helped us get into the right vehicle for the right price. Bruce was very proud of the New Port Richey facility and Autoway corporation. He took the time to show us around, Introducing us to the manager as well as the service manager. We are hoping that their service department is as willing and ready to please as Bruce. My impression is that they will be.
Service Advisor Alfredo and Service Tech Mike, both see to my 2002 GMC Envoy SLT 4x2 has professional service, to ensure it performs well. Their "Attention-To Detail", ensures that my sport utility is operating well above the standards set under Heavy Duty Service Maintenance. Recently I had an intermittant GPS unit which was part of the Center Console. Every time I went in it worked fine. When I went on a trip, it lost memory. Ronnie the Service Manager and two technicians stayed with the problem until they repaired it, late in the evening. They have to replace the center console. When I come into the dealer, I am greated and the car is taken car of.
We have always been satisfied with the service we have gotten from Mr. Rodelli. He will always accomodates us whenever we need service.He is extremely professional and respectful. He is the main reason we continue to go back to Autoway Cadillac. He makes us feel that we are valued customers. Whenever our car needs service,he always explains the reason the work needs to be done. We have noticed that Mr. Rodelli is attentive to the needs to all his customers as well.
The sales force was entirely attentive to our personal comfort a well as the business at hand. They worked diligently to put together an acceptable deal. This was not the first car we've baought from this dealership and one of the reasons we returned was their ongoing service and concern for our satisfaction in all parts of ther operation.
Ronnie has always been kind and caring. She has taken care of me for almost 5 years. I don't know what I would have done without her. She helped me when I was under warrentee, and now that I'm not she lets me know options, as I can not afford the most expensive option. I recommend her to everyone I know with a Cadillac.
We feel we were dealt with professionally, honestly, and efficiently.Barbara, Bruce and Kenny really know their stuff. They made us feel relaxed and confident in our dealings. Our service manager, Jerremy, is right there ready to assist us when we drive in for service. He is very efficient in what he does.
My entire experience was excellent. From the time I was greeted to picking up the car that I purchased. Sales and service department extremely friendly. I would definitely but again at this location and deal with sales and service for my vehicle. Thank You....
