Literally the worst place to go to have your vehicle fixed. All these people do is lie, lie, lie, & lie some more. We had a car “fixed” there over a year ago & it has been in & out since then & last time it was there for about 2 months & it was like pulling teeth to get an update on it. They would send an email & so & so would “call back” & never did. The car is still NOT fixed. DO NOT waste your money here.

I dropped my vehicle off for a 9:00 appointment said it should take 1.5-2. Hours no problem I made arrangements. So around 3:30 I call just to check on the vehicle and it’s not even been looked at yet said they was behind and shouldn’t have scheduled it they was 2 weeks out. And I asked then why did you schedule it then. And keep my vehicle all day not doing the first thing. So I said get it ready I’m coming to pick it up. Took my explorer there for a random misfire, they called and stated it needed 2 coil packs and 3 spark plugs. I arrived to pick it up and paid a 950 dollar bill. When I left the dealership the car started missing immediately. Took the car back and found out they didn’t even test drive the vehicle the whole week they had it. They looked at the car again and stated it need two injectors. They installed two injectors and the car still misses and throws a check engine light. I had to pay another 500 to get my car. When I purchased new Aviator I was told that any service that they would pick it and deliver it back . That was good for a sales pitch , have had to have 3 service recalls and had to take it and go get . The last recall they never have even call back about an appointment over a month ago. Lincoln say says there I no mileage limit but Cole ford say they don’t pick them up . I’m 52 mile from garage So you be the judge

So I took my car to Bill Cole Quick Lane today for an appointment at 8 to get it looked at and 3 recalls taken care of. (I told them the list of things needing done when I scheduled the appointment). Come to find out it’s been sitting there all day waiting on a mechanic that was too busy with another car to look at mine, mind you no one even called me to tell me anything until 5 (after I had called at 4:30 asking about my car.) IM MAD! 😡 Back in April(5 months ago) I purchased a Ford SUV from Yes Ford. No miles, Brand New! STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Friday September 24th, it breaks down in Flatwoods. Leaking antifreeze, over-heating, possibly blown Head Gasket. I call Ford of Huntington and they tell me I need to “drive” it to their service dept to be serviced, but it can’t be serviced until October 15th. Literally 3 weeks. We have purchased 2 vehicles from bill cole. the first was a 2017 Honda Civic in September of 2017. followed by a 2017 Ford Escape in November 2019. The sales associates and finance department was wonderful. and I had a great buying experience. !!!HOWEVER!!! Now that I own two vehicles from bill coles lot, we get phone calls and letters about every 2 weeks wanting to know if we want to trade in our vehicles, followed with some kind of sales pitch to try to get us in there. 🙄 We have requested multiple times to be put on the... read more

Honestly loved working with a few people here, but they have a high turnover rate for a reason. I met some good people and made friends because of it, but definitely don’t recommend working here. Very toxic work environment when I was there, and from my understanding it hasn’t changed. I was fired a bit over a year ago in less than or right at 30 days for the wrong reason and it was illegitimate at best.
