My wife and I tried several times to get a vehicle here and everytime was denied, even when turned down they treated us way different and didn't care if we wanted to be a customer or not. Then last week we went to Yes Chevrolet in hurricane WV and after several hours we walked out with a 2021 vehicle of you want a vehicle even if you have bad credit get ahold of these people they treat you good and will work hard to get You in something. They did us and our credit was bad.

I was promised a position for a service writer & i had put in my two week notice at my current employer to come here. At the end of my notice & as I showed up for my first day, they had informed me that they had already filled the position. I had already had all paperwork filled out & had the job. So after leaving a $13.00 per hour job, they stuck me with a $10.00 a hour job. Such a big pay cut, almost lost everything due to this. I bought my Ford Edge in October 2017 from Bill Cole. Since then, I have only ever taken it to be serviced thru them. I drive 45 minutes one way to make sure it is done correctly. This last experience was very disappointing. The day of my oil change, I drove home and realized the brush guard/protective barrier beneath my car was dragging along the road. Had oil change and tires rotated and was charged $82.00. Fourth time I had this service performed there and it was $55.00 total. Was told by service department that oil went up which I know is full of crap. Highest Ford dealer in Tri state area for this service. Bought my vehicle ew there and it will never go back to them.

Bill Cole did nothing but make the process after buying the new truck an issue. They kept arguing with me regarding a noise the NEW truck was making. it took weeks for them to decide to finally fix the problem, and made it seem like they were doing us a favor. we also traded in another ford to them when getting the truck. this was in october and they still have not filled out the paperwork for our gap insurance refund. I reccomend going pretty much anywhere else. we have had nothing but frustrations with this dealership.

Don't stop there, especially if you are looking for a deal. All advertising on vehicles on sale are fake. They don't take off one dollar. I bought a car on sale for 22,434.00. They had it built back up to 28,837.20 on my bill of sale. Because I didn't see that in time, I'm paying back 27,137.20. That is with 0% interest rate and 4,000 down payment. To hard to deal with. Wants to give you bottom dollar for you car and you pay top dollar for there’s go to glockler
