Brought my f-150 for some warranty work. From the 1st step it was a nightmare. Didn't have me on file even bringing the truck on the 17th. After they got the truck the men in the service dept were rude and very unprofessional. Didn't help me with my problem nor seemed very interested. I'm from this area but am now taking the truck to Ford in Cincinnati where I bought my mustang from. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place.
Bill Cole is the worst place to buy any car. You can find a way better deal anywhere. If you buy at a Bill Cole dealership then you’ve spent to much money.
RecommendedI had to bring my car in for a recall and had never been there before. They did exactly what they were supposed to do in exactly the amount of time they told me it would take. Can’t ask for more than that!
The worst service department! The service writer Mike and the Service Mng Chris was of no help! Nor concerned about my brand new F250 that I paid 70k for just 5 months ago!

At this time I would not recommend Bill Cole Ford or any Ford Motor Company. I bought a new Ford F-150 Lariat Sport edition last September. Within a month of owning the vehicle the front bumper, the only metal part of the body of the truck, began to rust. Neither Ford nor Bill Cole would do anything about it. Just bought a car last week no mention of fees you hit me up with$785.00 in fees for worthless crap no way you can justify anyone asks l will worn them
Staff were great. They did a great job but it was very expensive. $700 for rear brakes and rotors.
For three straight days the Service department has called and added more repair costs not related to my original problem. What a racket. Do not use Bill Cole Ford Service.
