My aunt bought a car here and the agreed upon price had been raised by $6000 when the paperwork hit her hand. Forced purchase by a dealer is very unprofessional.i guarantee there are people paying more than originally quoted by their salesman. If you have made a purchase from Bill Cole Ford I advice you take out your final paperwork and look it over very well. I’m sure the Kentucky better business bureau would be appalled at what lengths these people go to screw over customers. A $6000 oversight is inexcusable. Shame on this... read more

Had recall work done on my Ford Edge. Replaced gas tank and new airbag. After gas tank was replaced my gas cap light came on. Was about to go to a reds game 2 hrs away and needed gas before I left. Go get gas and I hear gas spilling all over the ground. They didn’t connect my fuel line to the tank. WOW!! Then I look under and see they didn’t even put all the bolts on the tank to hold it in place. I’m beyond mad!!

Terrible customer service. Despite receiving 2 emails this past week reminding me of my appointment for 0900 this morning, SAND the service department calling me yesterday afternoon to remind me of the appointment, I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday morning this morning being treated like a walk in. I needed an airbag recall service, oil change and a check engine light for gas cap evap service, and it was as if I had never had an appointment at all. UNSAT! Bill Cole Ford will NEVER get a dime of my business.

I purchased my jeep there a year ago. I wanted the security of a dependable vehicle. They sold me when the told me all about the Bill Cole Advantage I would be receiving with my Jeep, I was excited I had a dependable vehicle with warranty. Being a single female that was a great peace of mind, well I have since found that Bill Cole Advantage was a total lie. You guys were great until I signed the papers. I bought my navigator late so I said I would get it tomorrow.he said he would have it done first thing in the morning. I texted Chris the salesman and told him I would be there around 4-430. He said it would be ready. When I got there around 4 they were just starting on it. We had to wait hours before it was done. Now that it's a day before my tags expire I don't have the title. BAD SERVICE

I drive almost an hour to get my oil changes here, as they're about $30 cheaper than my local dealer. No appointment needed, and good service to boot!

Time came for routine service on my F250 SUPER DUTY and once again BILL COLE FORD treated me like family. I got an appointment for 8 AM and the complete service was done and I’m out the door in 1 hour. Plus I’m told by other people that what they paid at ‘other locations’ was nearly what I paid for my 6.7 litre diesel. Thanks again Mike and Wally!
