oil change is higher than other dealerships
very seriously debating on whether to ever go through Bill Cole again every time I deal with this company they try to charge me more money every time charge me $10,000 over Blue Book price for the truck on and then when something happens they want more money more money more money I was warned about Bill Cole and I didn't take the advice but I'm strongly reevaluating my decision went and got an oil change today last time it was $90 which was $10 cheaper than where I was taking it before so I assumed that it was going to be th... read more

Poor customer service. Leave messages regarding service and nobody will return your call. Call to ask to speak with manager and never one available. ZERO for customer service!!
We were told one thing and then got another and we were rushed to buy and told if we had any problems we could bring it back and have them looked at but when we mentioned issue again they said too bad can’t do anything because it’s pre-owned!!!! I mean a small dent or scratch shouldn’t be that hard of a request to fix from a customer service standpoint on a luxury vehicle you think they’d be happy to help!! Do not go there !

I was asked to be there at noon only to find they did not open till 1pm. I was told they had a few 3/4 ton trucks only to find one in the lot. I was told it was through the shop already. It was hit on the left front, steering wheel at 10 o clock while driving. Low rear tire, and a faulty coolant sensor amongst some other minor stuff. It was priced at $54k with over 60k miles on it which the sales manager told me if he sold it there he would only make $1k on it. I believe this to be a lie.
