I purchased a brand new vehicle on July 4th. At that time a big selling feature was “Free Maintenance for a Year.” I just brought it in for my first oil change and was informed that “Free Maintenance for a Year” is really two oil changes and one tire rotation. Now they think I’m ridiculous for complaining about something I got for “free.” I say it’s false advertising and blatant lies.

Took car in for warranty work for transmission recall shutters every time it shifts gears. Techs said nothing wrong. It’s been rebuilt once and doing same thing. They drove it 5 miles. Said we needed to get on the throttle heavier

I bought my car new in 2014, always went back to dealership for routine maintenance and the service was ALWAYS slow (2,3,4 hours slow), nonetheless I kept going back. Last year, I scheduled my oil change/tire rotation and pulled in to the lot only to be told I needed to drive “over there”, that that’s where they do their services now. I wasn’t happy about that but since I would be going out of town I didn’t have much choice. “Over there” is a third party company who could not care less about your car. I am very disappointed in them I took my car to them for a recall on my lights and when I got my car back my lights were all screwed up and they won't even answere my calls when I took my car up there they treated me like I was an idiot bill cole be a man and fix this 72 year old women's car back to the way it was when I took it to you thank you Connie helton 6062320042 hope I hear from you real soon

I bought a used f150 from the Ashland location July of 17. The seats had a couple burnt spots and the salesman said he would have those repaired, 9 months later and still no phone call about getting them fixed. They also told me when I purchased the truck that I would get 3 free oil changes and a free tire rotation within the first year. I have gotten 2 oil changes but was told this last visit that I couldn’t have anymore because of mileage, also they did not do the tire rotation as I had requested. I would not even give them a 1 on service department....paid $1388.00 and my Jeep came back worse than it went. Will be trying to get in touch with this manager that I am told by the service manager will do me no good, because I just want what is fair and how he would expect to have his family taken care of. So sad to see a dealership that I practically grew up in when it was Boyd County Ford and my dad was the General Manager and sold cars there a long time, go downhill in service and integrity like this. They did work hard to get me in a truck that I wanted, The problem is not in that department but in customer service, the truck I picked had a issue with the speakers. I informed them of it. They agreed to fix them if I bought the truck. It was only two speakers damaged. It took 3 weeks to even get a phone call returned to me to find out where I was to take it to.
