They did work hard to get me in a truck that I wanted, The problem is not in that department but in customer service, the truck I picked had a issue with the speakers. I informed them of it. They agreed to fix them if I bought the truck. It was only two speakers damaged. It took 3 weeks to even get a phone call returned to me to find out where I was to take it to. This dealership does not keep their word. My friend of mine purchased a vehicle from them and said they would fix the speakers. After purchase of the sale he went and requested service of the speakers to be fixed as they agreed. Once he went to get it fixed they said there was nothing wrong with it and to just turn the bass all the way down. A regular stereo would not have to be altered or anything. We just bought a used 2014 car here a year and a half ago for $18,000. We were thinking about trading it back to them towards a new car. Talk about humiliated... they offered us $5,000 for our car that still books for $14,000!!! They acknowledged the fact that it's still worth that too! $590 payments on a $23,000 vehicle.... I don't think so!! NOT HAPPENING!! They made their last $$$ from us!!
Overpriced, to many hidden fees and very arrogant!
Although I've had negative experiences with the Nissan/Honda sales department, we still took the chance and took my husbands vehicle to their newly owned Ford/Lincoln dealership to have new brakes and roters put on. Once they had the vehicle for an hour or so, they called to let us know that the cost was going to be $460 just for back brakes and roters...$200 more than what was quoted appropriately a month prior to!
