Took my vehicle in months ago for a recall and still haven’t heard anything about getting it fixed!
I had a 11:00 appointment for a oil change and at 11:50 my truck hadn't been touched so I left
Avoid this place. I took my car in for an oil change and requested mobile1 rather than there mortocraft. I was told that is fine but would be small price increase. Once finished the bill was $141.06. Almost triple what it should have been.
Anyone shopping around, stop right on by and ask for Chase Callicoat! He will get ya right and sitting in the vehicle you want
Damaged my a/c compressor while replacing the engine (warranty work); alleged the compressor was damaged prior to performing the work but admitted they made no attempt to contact me before proceeding with the engine replacement. They offered to “cut the cost” to $800 to replace the compressor, but for the last two months, I have been unable to speak to anyone on phone or in-person!
Have talked to them numerous times over the past year or so about a recall on the brakes for our 2008 Ford Fusion. Each time they say they will get the part ordered or we will put a rush order on that part and never get anything resolved. Also about two years ago there was a recall on the passenger side airbag. We took it to them to be fixed. The airbag warning light was still showing on the dash. We called when we got home and their response was we don’t know how to reset it to get the warning light off. Purchased a New Lincoln on Feb 11, there was a recall no problem understand. I was told the part would be in the 15 and it would be replaced on the 16th and would be detailed and ready to be picked up on Fri 17. I called at 2:00 on Friday the part hadn’t be replaced yet I but I was told my the Ford manager I could picked it up a little after 3.
