If you are looking to buy a vehicle, steer. Clear of Bill Cole. I have contemplated telling this, but this has been a nightmare of a delema and if I can save someone else the headahce, its worth it. Do not under any circumstances deal with these people, unless you want them to bother you for the rest of your life. I bought a car from them almost 10 years ago, and they will NOT stop calling me. I have explained to them over and over that I’m not local, and will never under any circumstance buy another car from them. They call weekly sometimes multiple times a day even though I asked them not to when I bought the car and repeatedly every time they call. I was having issues with my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. It had a jerking in it when accelerating from 0 to 40. Took it in at 8a.m. on Wednesday. I had an extended warranty on the vehicle. I had not heard anything so at 2p.m. I went back in and was told it was the torque converter and they were going to check with warranty company to see if it was covered. I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge from Bill Cole and a few months later my air quit working. After that I took it to the shop and they said all it needed was a module replaced. After I got it back the air still didn’t work and it’s because while it sat there for three months and I have to pay 1600 a month for a rental car on TOP of my car payment, mice chewed my wiring harness. Worst mistake ever!! Bought a mustang in early Dec, spent 4 days in service before picking it up. Drove it two days and went back to service for same issue and was in over 2 weeks. Drove car 1 evening and was back to service the next morning for SAME issue. I literally had to have a service manager and tech to come out so I can show them what they needed to do which a 10 year old could have seen if they would have looked at it! My experience is strictly based on the service department. First it took me months to get a return phone call due to personnel changes. Secondly I had my car there multiple times for the same issue. Now my warranty is up but they were going to try and get it covered anyway since the issue started while under warranty. I was told it would take a few days before they know something.
