Service is lousy #1 battery went bad seen online where Ford uses cheapest batteries they make and were going bad where they set so long waiting on chips. Bill Cole service in Ashland, Ky fucking sucks!!!
Don’t even think about going there for service. My car is under warranty for the transmission and when the torque converter went bad in it back in October. They said they had to order a part after calling multiple times and they kept saying they didn’t have the part finally they got in in in June of this year and said it would take 2 days to fix after over a week them having my car I went to pick it up.
