I will NEVER buy a vehicle here again. Had my Kia Sorento over 2 weeks and all of a sudden the payment for our trade in was taken out of our account. We called because we had traded it in to Bill Cole and we were assured that would be taken care of. The finance manager called us back and said we needed to bring the Kia back in that THEY had made a mistake and the loan didn’t go through. OVER 2 WEEKS OF HAVING THE CAR. Both used vehicles my husband and I bought had SOO many things wrong with them! We purchased them October of last year and they have both (truck and van) been in the shop more than we’ve been driving them!
This place is terrible, several people have left with a car and had big problems with them. They have terrible management and are just out to get money but what else could you expect from a name like Bill Cole? Also if you read these reviews, most of them are by the workers because that’s the only good reviews they can get 🙃

I don’t even know where to start. I really didn’t want it to come down to this. I have had nothing but a headache dealing with them since the car left the lot with my wife. I talked everything over the phone looking for my wife a newer and bigger car. They had exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. it's pretty bad you have a man that thinks the way he dose advertise 4 ur company.....its disgusting actually! to bad.....I was going to bring my Nissan in to have it serviced next week.....and my husband was considering spending our hard earned savings on a $50,000 truck.....but I think we will go else where now! Took my mom to look at a 2017 Ford Edge today it was listed on there webpage for 28,915 after there discounts as pictured. They tried to sneak a much higher price by us of 32,916. When confronted about this and showed them there webpage they quickly changed it online but I took pictures of it before they had a chance. Bate and switch. Reporting to bbb and ky attorney General.They are crooks. Go to glockner you will be treated better
