Traded my Nissan in on a Honda CRV.. I have only had it 4 months and the starter goes out. It is a push start button. When I bought the car they told me I had a Bumper to bumper warranty until I hit 100,000 miles... I only have 66,000. That was not true.. they wanted to charge me a $110.00 to diagnose it then $800 to fix it. They mislead us. They told us it was in fine print that it was only for the motor and transmission. Told them that there was a noise coming from the front end and they said it was “normal.” Come to find out that the bolts were lose on my brand new car. My brakes have also squeaked ever since I have had the car and they keep blowing it off. Worse customer service ever!! I will never buy another car off of them again. P.S. it’s making another noise in the backend now. They can’t duplicate the issue.. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
RecommendedI think you need to support our local banks and business. Don't tell your customers that the local banks won't give them the money for a car. I bought a truck. Love my truck. But you went trough a bank in Maryland. I changed to my bank and saved $3000. Use local!! You want our money and our business!!

Go in to look at a car they have a fair market value sticker on their car and they basically giving me a run around saying all the dealers with in the area do this. I go to another Honda dealership I looked at the same car and they are offering it to me at msrp. You put a $10,000 bump sticker and expect someone to buy it come on. Then their website shows msrp pricing.
I took my car in on a recall now it's not drivable worked fine before I took it in
I would not go to this company for any services. The location in Ashland, Ky. On Greenup Avenue charged me over $1300 in parts and labor only to make more things wrong. The manager over service refuses to speak to me to even listen to my discretions about my service repairs and experience. He keeps forwarding the messages on along to the local service manager.
