Told us to come down and trade our car in and then gave us an horrible price for it… basically trying to screw everyone and make a profit. I do not recommend!! Try Don Hall instead!
I had a good experience until about a month after I bought my Rogue. I noticed there was a tear in the passenger side seat. I contacted the dealer. They informed me that they would only fix it if it involved a seam—which it did not. Nothing has been in the seat except a passenger. Clearly, this was done somehow before I bought the car, since there is no way a month old car should have a defect so soon with normal wear and tear. I have had no satisfaction or further communication.
I feel like I wasn't given the time or options. I was told what my option(single) was and I talked to Candace and told her that I did not want to waste my time and spend hours for nothing. I told them going in I didn't care about bells and whistles and wanted a lower payment. Had a trade in with about 2000 negative equity which I knew ahead of time. They offered me about 700 less for my trade in than a previous offer and offered me a vehicle that was 30$ more a month when a lower payment was the whole point. I ended up d... read more
I honestly can't express how much I dislike this place. I bought a 2016 ford explorer that had 70k miles on it. Two weeks after I purchased it the transmission went out. My warranty covered it and they did fix it, but they kept my car for a month and a half and absolutely refused to give me a rental car (which is also included in my warranty.) I was given ever excuse about the rental car. They told me at first that they didn't have any available but they would check in to it to work something out for me. A month later, and s... read more
Salesman was extremely rude and condescending. Went to 5 car lots yesterday and out of all 5 this is the only one I would absolutely not return to.
Dishonest, and untrustworthy! Was led to believe one thing and found out it was not what was expected.
Your salesman and finance people need to quit calling people liars to their faces!!! Especially when they were not even in the room to hear a conversation. You misrepresented a vehicle and then stuck it to my family member. If anyone is liars....it’s the employees at Bill Cole. Don’t do business with these crooks!!!
Totally love my 2019 Honda Civic blessed beyond measure to have it but after 20 months into paying on it I was informed that the original deal was not done correctly and I had basically been over charged due to my being trusting I guess I failed to read my contract close enough but actually all I remember being showed was my monthly payment was going to be. I found all this out while trying to trade it in on an awd vehicle it's apparent my cars value is like $10,000 short of my payoff....can't dog the people who waited on me... read more
DO NOT BUY FROM the auto mall in ASHLAND.... the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE ! IF MY MOM WAS NOT STUCK ON THE SUV WE GOT I WOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE. I even tried to but had to raise hell to get a half way decent price.
