don't trust a word they say. when you call and ask if you have a plan and they tell you yes so you get there and they do what they need to do and then suddenly you don't have that plan and charge you for something that they shouldn't have. great service
Save your money and go elsewhere there cars are over priced and some are priced way over bluebook value by 5000 or more ! And blow up within months of purchasing !!!!! Don’t support crooks and there bad cars - as a business owner myself I hate to see people get used and scamed the way this car lot is doing there customers something for everyone to kno before they go don’t be the next one left walking - plz like and share to help Spread the word
There is nothing I would recommend about this dealership. Whether you are buying a vehicle from them or selling a vehicle to them, YOU WILL GET SCREWED! JUST SAY NO TO BILL COLE!!
me and my wife was interested in two vehicles that was at the Bluefield lot. call today was going to come down Saturday morning. we was informed that we had to almost have a deal in writing before they would bring the vehicles up from the other lot. I'm not going to buy nothing without test driving first. so that potentially lost on a vehicle deal because of the way they do business.... not very professional and do not recommend
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF OPTIONS, they lied about everything on paper work and added things on our bill we DID NOT! ask for!
Service department is awful I understand they are short staffed like everybody else is but you don’t give someone a 10:30 am appointment Time then when you call and check on it say it’s going to be 2 months before we can work on it on a job that shouldn’t take an hour then lie saying the key is jammed in the ignition and I had to drive up there and I pulled the keys right out no problem they never even messaged with it. Don’t waste your time they will lie about everything.
My Wife received a call the other day the salesman called to say happy birthday to my wife she hung up as soon as she heard them say Bill Cole auto. We tried to get a vehicle from them over a year ago they had us in there for several hours and only reason we stayed and even drove the hour drive was the salesman pretty much promised he’d get us in something.
