I was promised a position for a service writer & i had put in my two week notice at my current employer to come here. At the end of my notice & as I showed up for my first day, they had informed me that they had already filled the position. I had already had all paperwork filled out & had the job. We continue to have problems with out truck that they supposedly fixed.
Got my car here a couple years ago and it’s been nothing but trouble since the day I left with my car. The financial people told my mom she was stupid when she questioned them, they charged my card $100 more than what they said they would and we didn’t find out until the receipt printed, they refused to give us a second key, we went on a rainy day and they barely gave us time to look at the exterior so when I got home I found a crack in the front bumper that they never disclosed and the metal plate under the car fell off whi... read more
Very unprofessional, would not recommend
I recently took over my distant cousin's financial affairs. I was shocked to find although he has good credit Bill Cole sold him a grossly OVERPRICED used vehicle with an interest rate of 12%. Please look at the blue book value and know your credit score before you shop here. This place just took advantage of a senior citizen!
Start with a complete staff overhaul. This was the worst buying experience I've had by far.
Shady as hell. It didnt matter what we told them we wanted we were shown brand new cars the whole time we were there and they lied about when our first payment was due even though we asked several times.
Was called by Courtney saying I was approved then drove down there from Huntington,WV...And made me wait over 45 minutes to tell me I wasn’t getting a car. This dealership is misleading, salesman was rude don’t waste your time! I’ll be contacting the Ford Company. Thanks
Not sure about the actual dealership, but the used lot: 1) Overcharged me by a significant amount. I am busy and didn't have time to haggle with some sleazy salesperson, so I figured by not fighting with them on the price that someone would go above and beyond so that I might buy a vehicle from them again in the future, but I was wrong.
