Bought their 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT awhile back, having to come out with $980.00 to have the vehicle paint corrected, as the vehicle's paint and trim are both inundated with swirls and holograms, which I imagine is a result of their "detailers" taking the vehicle through a scratch and shine. Also, please stop calling your SiO2 infused soap that you spray onto our vehicles with a garden hose a ceramic coating, it's not the same thing.

DO NOT BRING ANY BUSINESS TO THIS CAR LOT. I was sold a car & within a week we were calling them complaining and even brought it back in to the service department. They of course said everything was fine. 1 month after I was setting beside the road with my kids in a hot car due to a belt break (which I had to pay for) & it supposedly just had a full service before we bought it.
