Treated me right and worked hard to get the deal done. Only problem. The car I bought was eighty miles past due for an oil change. I thought this should have been taken care of.
My husband and I were there over the weekend looking to buy a used truck. The salesman walked toward us before we even got out of my car. He asked us what we were looking for, we told him. This dealership does not keep their word. My friend of mine purchased a vehicle from them and said they would fix the speakers. After purchase of the sale he went and requested service of the speakers to be fixed as they agreed. Once he went to get it fixed they said there was nothing wrong with it and to just turn the bass all the way down. A regular stereo would not have to be altered or anything. My husband and I had to fill out a reference sheet when we were thinking of purchasing a car from bill Cole. Well in the last two days a few of those people from our reference sheet have called and said that bill Cole keeps calling them. Bill Cole is telling our references that we suggested they may be interested in buying a new car. I would never give out people's names just so they can be harassed but to lie and say we suggested they want to look at cars. Bill Cole Auto Mall is a rip off had my truck for 8 hours and not once called me to tell me they had to order the recall part and I asked about the other and they said they forgot about the drive side air bag replacement. (FOR REAL) So I'd go to Glockner Ford that what I did after being treated less than by his staff.
Wouldn't even give one star if it was an option. Worst customer service EVER after buying my car. They sold me a lemon has been in garage more than on road and I've only owned it for 6 months if that. I would highly recommend Glocker they have done all my repairs on my vehicle I bought from Bill cole. They also can't service any vehicles my Honda I bought from them I had to take to outside garage and of course my jeep I took to Glockner. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY
Bad customer service all the way round will never go there again and would not send anyone to them!!
