They never lived up to there promises. Sent out false info to my house. And jacked there prices plum out of site. And no body knew what the prices were on any vehicle there. I had 3 different prices from the same sales person after they got the right car. I don't understand how this company is still in business!

Bought 2013 nissan altima in sept 2012. Almost immediately starting having problems with several things, the most disturbing was the passenger airbag system. Dash says the airbag was off with an adult passenger in the seat. Was given every excuse in the book all the the up to "its not really off and will deploy in an accident." Ive had the backup camera twice replaced then had to replace the radio. The center console is constantly loose, the steering wheel had to be replaced, and now the drivers seat is broken. One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. My daughter drove a 2008 Nissan Rogue, I asked the salesman if it had had any damage to it, he told me No! Come to find out, it's been wrecked. I call them about it and manager tells me car fax said it's had minor damage. Then the shifter cable breaks, it was clamped and zip tied, I was told by mechanic it's a wonder it ever worked, they didn't care that they sold an unsafe car. Now to deal with better business Bureau over this. DO NOT BUY FROM BILL COLE....CROOKS

They have done nothing but give us a run around and put us without a car or a way to work for 2 days now!! I just want to let everyone know about the crappy service and run around we have received from Bill Cole Auto Mall. My husband took our car up yesterday (the car we just bought 2 weeks ago) to have a couple thing done to it. Well he got it there at 9:30am and they told him it would be about 5 hours. So he sits there for 6 hours and they finally tell him that he was miss informed and it would take about 10 hours!! So i h... read more

Went to cancel my extended warranty with these people and found that they had forged my signature on a finical document. Then today I get a letter from the IRS saying I owed taxes on a motor vehicle I purchased from them December 31, 2014. Come to find out it's the vehicle I traded in to them in May and the IRS said they had sold it back to me in Dec. What kind of crooks are you all forging people's names on these kind of papers. I'm filing a dispute and talking to and attorney first thing tomorrow. Thanks Bill Cole!!!

I wish they would honor my request to stop calling me. I have spoken to the most senior level manager I could reach and have requested no less than half dozen times to stop calling me, yet the calls continue. Don't give them your phone number or they will harass you. It's a shame too because my buying experience years ago was good, but the post sale solicitation for me to buy another car from them has turned me off forever.
