I specifically told them I didn't want to have my car evaluated until this evening when I'd had a chance to clean it out. When I walked around the building I found the manager And a couple other salesmen standing around my car with the doors open. That's right. They opened the doors of my car without my permission. I was too angry to even have a conversation. I told them I wouldn't be back and I never will. Bad business to treat people this way!
The sales person used bully tactics to sell get me to purchase. even after I spoke to the home office she tracked me down on a service visit and reprimanded me. Definitely would not buy from the or refer them.
Bill Cole Auto just called and asked me if I would like to schedule and appointment to bring the car we bought n December in for them to service it....I laughed.....u see....they told us they serviced the car right before we bought. Checked it over real good....then I told them I spoke with the service man who "checked" our car.....they said they changed the oil.....no....just added oil to it to top it off because they didn't have the right kind of oil for my car......also didn't bother to tell us the cv axle was broken.... ... read more
First NEW Car buyer Bought a new 2015 Altima but unfortunately had a horrible experience here! Was not treated right through the whole process! Will Never shop here again! Not only they lost me as a customer but they also lost future sales cause how I was treated. So I called Hoyt Rorrer about what was going on and still didn't get no where in the situation with him.
