Was looking at a used car, told the salesman i was just getting an idea of cars i migth be able to afford, was talked into seeing what my finance options would be, next thing i know they are trying to get me to sign papers on a car I told them I didn't even want to test drive. 80,000+ miles on a car that was all dinged up and scratched, monthly payments were ridiculous as well. It took them hours to even tell me what options i have, a total of 2 options, one way outside of my price range. 5 inquiries on my credit from them.... read more
The worst experience ever they backed out of two different deals with me nd even dropped me and made me retyrn my car after two weeks. I urge people not to go there i have Lready stopped 31 people that were going to go there and pointed them to dutch miller or glocknef and thats where they went
Went to Glockner instead.... Went in and told them I needed a car with LOW miles, AWD and payments of $250-$300/month... an hour or so later the manager came out to tell us about our great deal he already got me approved for without looking at even 1 car on the lot... I have 6 new inquiries on my credit now.. for a vehicle with 100,000 miles for $400/month... but it was AWD. Needless to say I will never go back.
its a good place to get a car and I really like the car I got. I went back there about 3 weeks ago so we could try and get our payments lowered because we are in a hard spot and $400 is a lot month. They had us sit there for 2 maybe 2 1\2 hours to tell us they couldn't do nothing for us and that the only thing they could do is offer us another new car for the same price. This dealership lies and they don't honor their warranties. My mother bought a new 2014 Nissan Juke and has had nothing but problems out of it from the beginning. Currently the turbo went out and the car has 54,000 miles on it. It had a warranty of 60,000 miles but they refuse to fix it. My mother and step father have had all of the maintenance done on this vehicle when it needed to be done. Don't ever buy a vehicle off of these people unless you want to take a chance on throwing thousands of dollars to waste!!!!
They don't have a 0 star rating or I would give it ....but they seem to lose copy's of drivers licenses and pay stubs ... then they hound you to death (i.e. Calls and text and even calls to your work) to bring copy's of the same stuff they lost its happened times ... you go in to drop off copy's and then they disappear and to top it off they can't seem to just make copy's and let ya go about your day cause you're there 30 minutes or more for anything ! Seriously the worst place I have ever dealt with. I have had nothing but trouble from them. My dad was just supposed to consign and he ended up being the main person on the title and everything after they told me I'd be first. Now Kentucky has sent me a letter that I don't have proof of insurance when I'm paying for full coverage. I'm currently trying to get the tittle changed over to Ohio where my address is and they won't let me because my dads name is first and he lives in Kentucky.
